I had to wait in line to change quarters.the machines now are all different and don't pay out much.

Staff always coming around cleaning machines, etc. Love love love that it is smokefree! Food staff (including the bartenders) always so helpful and friendly!

We enjoy going to the Desert Diamond Casino on Nogales Hiway, it is a lot of fun and the atmosphere is great. Lot of slot machines to play on

Nice enough casino, they have been very nice about letting me stay in the RV area.
I have had a medical issue.
They periodically check on me. Good people in security!

I went there this morning because I only had a short time frame to play. I needed to get my rewards card replacement an the only time I needed to get my rewards card the the registar was closed for some odd reason mean while I only had a limited time frame and had spent over $400 there therefore was never tracked with my rewards. On top of this with my birthday being April 26th they wouldn't allow me to redeem a birthday present which is FreePlay they told me about it n didn't allow it due to a computer error. I'm just very disappointed because I've gone there a long time and a silver card member
I'm not so sure about it these days I feel like they try to not reward the customers that's spend thousands of dollars and pay their salaries

I started off slow not winning and then towards the end of my time there I started hitting and I'm very happy to walk out with more than I came with it was an it was a great surprise lots of fun towards the end good atmosphere thank you. $900 came in really handy thank you

It was ok. Layout is good in ways, wonky in others. Staff was helpful and friendly. Kind of off the beaten path though.

Went for crab legs and the live music with a Stevie Nix cover band. You would need to sit in the center if you want the music mix to be better. If you are just looking for a little entertainment and drinks it was fun.

They say the loosest slots.maybe when it comes to taking your money. I've never hit a jackpot or even a large amount of money.

Went there to gamble the slots were extremely tight. I felt like the games were fixed to never give bonuses. I will go to casino del sol next time. Plus I hadn't been there in a while and didn't get any free play. As a courtesy they should have given me at least 5 bucks.

You know it's bad when people leave good positive reviews. I have learned that from personal experience. The security personnel is very unprofessional and have no clue what they are even doing. They stop and card you often even if they know you are over 21 and have seen you and carded you before. They do it on purpose because they have nothing else to do. I honestly prefer Casino Del Sol they're alot more professional and actually have a clue what they're doing.

Rooms are very nice and roomy. Very clean. Staff was great! Food very good. Will be coming back again soon to stay again.

Courteous staff clean surroundings bathrooms for the handicapped and a lot of fun good drinks great food but enter at your own risk you know casinos other than that excellent

Always fun to test your luck, at a chance to win. The ride home is less enjoyable most of the time. But on those occasions when Lady luck has graced you with her presents. It's a near euphoric feeling to walk out a winner. Best casino in Tucson.

Clean, hot slots, good variety of games, cashiers and change machines convenient and well staffed. Had a good time and will return next trip to Tucson

Maybe staying there on Christmas Day wasn't the smartest thing I have ever done. Restaurant got my order all wrong. Seemed to take forever to get a drink. Poker room was entirely Hispanic. I can live with all that. But the pillows in the rooms are the worst I have ever encountered. 5 little pillows stuffed with I don't know what. My neck was so stiff the next morning.
Probably won't be staying here again.

The entire place smelled of cigarette smoke. Never saw a server. Stood in line at the buffet while the hostess talked on the phone for 5 minutes. We left to enjoy elsewhere.

I like it here but they should really offer more rewards and freeplay. They don't do mobile flashplay hardly ever. I've gotten it twice and I've had it on my phone the app that is for 6 or more months. And some employees are friend while others seem like it's not there day everyday.

Expect security to rush you off the floor if you have kids but their bathrooms are out on the play floor. We really enjoyed the buffet it was great as were the people.

These people have the nerve to arrest me and then later on dismiss the charges a bunch of morons
