Nothing against Mario, he come out and did what he's trained to do. But I spent $120 for a check on the system that was supposed to be $59. (No, he did not install or repair anything). The "your system could quit at anytime"
sales pitch and here, buy everything from A-Z for protection did not work.
"It's too old, you need new" and on and on.
I Wont be calling them again. The quotes I received for the phantom
"its going to quit" were insane.

Technician was thorough and quick. Answered all my questions and even contacted MFR to check on any remaining warranty. Explained everything he checked and the results of each test.

After contacting 2 well known ”reputable” companies that said I would need an entire new unit replacement & were charging $5000+, Cody rescued me! He was thorough and HONEST. He found that there was simply a wire disconnected from the circuit board. I was so GRATEFUL & RELIEVED that I almost cried. In this day and age you cannot put a price on honesty. Desert Diamond Mechanical was fantastic to work with. Our service Tech, Ryan, who was outstanding. Ryan had the task of attempting to diagnose a fix a lingering issue that another company could not fix over the course of the prior 6 days. Ryan methodically went through the system and fixed a very odd set of problems while discussing with us what was going on the whole way through. I would recommend Desert Diamond Mechanical for any HVAC related issues you might face.

David and Frank installed our new Trane AC unit today. They were very professional and kept the work site clean all day. They walked through everything at the end of the installation. We would definitely use them again if we have any issues.

The staff was easy to work with and were very flexible in working around my schedule, even coming out at 7pm. Jeff had to come out twice and both times he was puntual, explained everything he was doing and wasn't about just selling something to us. I felt the company really puts the client first. They will be my go to AC company for sure!

The experience with the team of aeroseal techs was excellent. Austin, Steven and Andrew were knowledgeable, conscienctious and respectful during the sealing process. Now the heating and cooling will operate in a much more efficient manner.

Ryan came out and repaired my unit.he called when on his way and was on time.got the unit back up and running.explained everything and what the charges would be before started the work.very happy with the service.

Steve came out to our house on an emergency call at 10pm and was wonderful! Very friendly and professional. He got us up and running in no time and made sure that it was fixed correctly. Steve is really excellent. I am sure others in this company are good but I prefer to stick with one person and develop a relationship. Their pricing is competitive and the service is top notch. I don't think you can go wrong with this company.

Desert Diamond has helped us tremendously in a stressful time and the 100 degrees plus temps of the AZ Summer.
