Absolutely the best service I have had in my life opening an account with Jesus Salgado Alvarez. He was patient, kind, thoughtful, and warm. He opened multiple accounts for us and explained each step in the process. He started by verifying our information and went seamlessly through the process. I will go back to this location because of his service.

Lack of good customer service, they forget that the majority of their customers are Hispanic and they are not provided with the required information. They should be kinder to people who don't have enough financial knowledge.

Ms. Melba was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on the subject I needed help with and walked me through the process with precise speed.

Also a I'd like to mention Mr. Sergio who first helped me the day prior. He also made the process seem quite simple and easy to follow. Thank you both.

I am very satisfied with the services they offer, since they have many options to offer talking about different types of accounts, loans as well. Investments etc plus apart from the highly trained and very friendly staff to be able to help members in any situation that is required of them.

Just started a business account here and everybody is so nice but, I tried to get change in coins for my business and they are out! At 11: 30 am on a Monday and no coins!
