Desert Financial Credit Union reviews
7Great customer service, decent rates and fees, highly recommended as a credit union.
I am very happy with the service from Desert Financial. Ihave bern a customer for over 20 years.noneed to change, accurate and efficient and pleasant also!
I came to this branch without identification, I was worried I would not get what I needed.
The manager was extremely helpful and understanding. I have to say, I left there getting everything I went in for. Great customer sevice at this location!
Pedro and Justice were great- I kind of gave them attitude for asking me to wear a mask, but it is not their fault that people have become sheep, let go of their rights, and think masks are needed. I apologized to them, and they were great. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Great service.
If you come here, Matt Wenger and Ling are the only saving grace this branch has. Those two know their stuff and won’t lie to you or beat around the bush. They will do everything they can to help you (within the shackles of what DF gives them to work with mind you) other than that, I would just use the mobile app to do ANYTHING else.or the atms to deposit cash if you are one of those savages that still carries that sort of stuff around! How dare you.
They promised me that after I paid down to 78% of my mortgage, I could cancel PMI. 18 months later I've paid extra to finish it off, and they told me I had to pay for another appraisal to remove it.
