Desert Foothills Park reviews
9This is an awesome park he has a nice blend of playground lawn for leisure activities and natural fauna to explore.
Great park with an overall decent amount of shade. Kept clean and have updated the tennis courts as of 2023. We enjoy outings here as a family with our kids and Dog.
Great park that has pickle ball. The views of the mountains around you is cool. Nice setup with walking paths and playground for kids.
Went for a picnic, it's a nice park. The volleyball courts have sprinklers to keep the dust down and keep it cool.
I went to the park because it was drone friendly. My wife and I really enjoyed it. Took some great pictures.
Great place to bring kids. Plenty of grass area. Ramadas are on first come, no reservations required.
Great park for all kinds of sports. Me and the kids use the basketball courts and tennis courts weekly and always have a fun time. The playground has a lot to it, including 2 swings and it has a lot of seating areas for parents to supervise. I have not used the restroom, so I don't know what they are like. The water fountains all work and are clean. The park ranger frequently visits and is friendly.
*The tennis court, which is also wonderful for pickle ball, has recently been redone so the court is very clean and level. The lights all work, which makes it feel comfortably safe at night.
One negative is that the parking lot is extremely small, so if there is a baseball game going on, you will have to park on the street a block away and walk.
Great place for kids and dog walks, good playground, basketball courts, tennis courts and baseball diamonds.
I have emailed the parks department about this run down mess of a park. Lately the restrooms have been out of order with port-a-potties around. The paint is faded & peeling, decades out of style with rusty, filthy and broken equipment. Shameful representation of a beautiful little nook in phoenix.
