Their hours are listed till 5: 00 p.m, and claim that they're in the office in the morning every single day, which is NOT the case. You leave voicemail messages, and no return call. I've been trying to get into my unit for the past 3 months. Because of my work schedule I'm unable to adhere to the managers schedule of when THEY ARE THERE. If its after 12 noon, you may as well kiss your chances of getting in there GOODBYE! You're not getting any help then! I've even called on a weekday (during business hours), and was told that they can't come in, as their on there way out of town for vacation!

While I understand that during the summer it could be rather trying (the nasty heat) to sit at the facility all day, but that is not the case as it goes. They keep their beautifully short hour shifts all year long, from what we have experienced.

I have to admit, the gentleman that answers is very polite, but always seems inundated with other tasks of some kind?

Very polite and professional. Facility is secured by a fence with gates that require access code to enter and exit.
