My visit to trim nails was accomplished with excellent results, Upon receiving my new diabetic every thing was explained to my
satisfaction.

Dr Whitaker was very nice & forthright about my problem. He suggested an injection in my foot before considering surgery. It is still very painful, as you would expect, but my difficulty came the next day when I tried to call about 9: 15 to learn whether ice or heat would help the pain. I called 5 times, once to his med asst, only to learn that nothing would be heard till after hrs. Then called two other options & then tried "0". I finally called Surgery & left a rather sobby message that I really needed help before the late afternoon. It was very frustrating.

Dr Pfau is a compassionate, caring Podiatrist! He always has a great attitude and is willing to answer all of my questions. He treats everyone with respect and is very gentle. I highly recommend him!

Didn’t appreciate the Doctors inability to understand I was A diabetic. All his answers were if you were a diabetic I would be concerned. So much for doctors reading charts and patient information.

I visited Dr Whitaker on two occasions. He is personable and very knowledgeable, and he explained everything to me completely. The office was nice and the staff pleasant. I would definitely see him again if I needed to.

I have to take Sun Van to my appointment last Tuesday and the bus was overbooked causing me to be 10 minutes late for my 2: 15pm appt.upon arrival I was informed I would have to rebook. I tried to reason with the gal at the front desk who was borderline rude. When I saw that we were going to be late, I called the front desk but I guess this didn't matter. I had to wait for the return Sun Van until 345pm so I was finally worked in to get my nails clipped and all was well. I was dismayed by the treatment, and pointed out that I have been a patient of Dr. Whitaker fore over 15 years Abd have never been late. All is well, but I was treated like I committed a crime.

Everyone there is friendly and professional. My mom is 92, and not a fan of having her feet taken care of, but Dr. Pfau is gentle and kind with her.

My experience has been exceptional. Dr. Whitaker has been most thorough and informative throughout my experience with my foot surgery. It could not have gone any better. The medical staff and receptionists have been amazing as well.

My mom has always been very pleased with her visits to Desert Podiatric. But this Tuesday Feb 28,2023 she was even more so. Her attendant who did her toenails (I apologize for not getting her name) was encouraging and professional with a thoughtfulness of caring and efficiency. Mom also had praise for the doctor that attended to the corn on her toe. She said her shoes felt better on her feet. For a 90 years old Mom that's good news to a daughter. Thank you. Claire I.

All ways happy to see Dr. Funk, Great caring and smart doctor. I have been one of his patients for about ten years including one surgery with great results.
