Out of 5,4 wheel drive places went to these guys they spent the time to get me the hard to find part I was looking for, I'll go back they'll get my business in the future before all the others

I was to have research amp steps installed in my truck (2000.00 job) this was june 1st, they said maybe Friday june 5th or Saturday june 6th, I never received a call to set it up, called Monday morning the 7th of may and told it was because I did not show up Saturday morning, (was never given a day confirmation), they told me to come back a week later and they would do the job, called me Monday morning june 8th, said had a problem and they would do it in another week! This is very poor customer service, they should at least do it the next day and bump som eone else, instead of bumping me TWICE!

Great guy's! Showed up at closing, they let me get what I needed, answered question 's and were a great help. Thanks all of ya! I'll be back!

This had always been my go to place for any off road needs but when I called today looking to replace shocks the person on the other end had not a clue of how to match up shocks to the lift that they installed 4 years ago. They sell off road parts and can't find shocks for for what they sell and install that is a little beyond sad in my opinion.they didn't take the time to talk to somone else in the shop, didn't offer to find out and call back just simply gave up when it wasn't easy.i often wonder how a place stays in business without having people in place that knows what they are selling.

I had Desert Rat install lift kit on my Jeep 18 yrs ago I still trust the service they perform.

Stopped in to see Brandon for a few parts. Didn’t realize that Desert Rat had so much in stock! No more ordering on line and waiting for delivery. Now I just stop in and go hit the trails.

I am new to all of this so I have a ton of questions. Other shops seemed to want to rush me or push me into one type of kit. So it was a breath of fresh air when I called Desrt Rat and got to talk with Brandon. He took the time to give me several options and even offered to install parts if I purchased them somewhere else! He was very helpful and I will definitely be using Desert Rat when I do my build.

First of all, a part was wearing out on a lift I had installed there. It took a lot of emails before I could get them to tell me name of the lift, so I could purchase the part. Then, when it was decided I would have to go to them to purchase another part, I was told part would be in in 5 days, I call, no part. I finally get a call the same evening saying part had not even been sent out until the following Monday, I ordered it on a Thurs/Fri.

I was out at the offroad show a couple weekends ago ran into the guys there bought some stuff at the show went to go to the store to pick up the rest and some more, had it installed same day. Very busy shop great guys in the shop

They SCREWED UP my jeep with a 3 inch lift. In less then 6000 miles on new tires, my 2 front tires were bald! Then went back to them to fix the issues and gave me a quote of the same amount of the initial parts and labor to the dollar. 1600.00. Oh ya and btw, i went to a competitor with the rats qoute with parts and labor. Competitor told me i didnt need half of the parts rat was trying to get me to get to coverup their shoty work. They will recieve an invioce from my lawyer of damages that came from their shop as well as all repairs and new tires.

I havent been in the store for quite a while and when i went in recently i had a few questions regarding my jeep and the new staff was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. Thanks guys love the new cooler!

Told me that they had a opening for me to get my lightbar installed that day. Told me to come into the store and they would have it down in a few hours. Got to the store just to be told that they are booked for 3 weeks and that they wont be able to do the install. Mind you there was not a vehicle in the parking lot aside from the employees vehicles. Not a car inside the garage either.

I lost the proper use of my right arm in a motorcycle accident which is why I don't do much of my own work anymore. When I walked in I immediately got the impression this guy thought I was some kind of mark. At 54 years old and a certified HRC mechanic I know when I'm being talked down to. He quoted me 3 hours @ $85 an hr for a simple brake job. He also told me they don't do much service work which was also kind of odd for a chain outfit.

Even with one good arm I can do better than 3 hours on a simple brake job so I went down the street and got it done in 45 minutes for $100 If you're looking for aftermarket work 4 Wheel Parts is definitely a more professional establishment. There's also quite a few other independent shops that will do quality work with reasonable quotes.

I want to stress that this does not reflect the mechanics or their abilities, this is my experience walking up to the front counter Unfortunately all it takes is one time for me, I won't be back. Customer service makes all the difference.

Daniel was my service writer, and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. When Daniel called me a lot earlier then when my truck was supposed to be done I figured, great I'm still going to have to pay for that extra labor. I was pleasantly surprised when Daniel range me up and I paid a lot loss. Good, honest shop. I will most definitely be taking my truck back here again.

I worked with Bill and he is very helpful and knowledgeable about products. I had my lift kit and a HD tie rod and drag link done and Chris the installer is top notch he really knows his stuff. I would highly recommend his work.
