Very very hard to get in contact with. Originally told our realtor application will take 3 days. Took over 10 days. Read another review they wait for more applications to get a tenant they prefer. Don’t waste your time putting an application with listings with this company. They will give you the runaround and never call you back. Apparently they went with another applicant yet the listing is still active.

I cannot boast enough about Lethe and the incredible job she does in her administrative capacity. She is a gem of an asset to Desert River Realty. We love her!

My experience with Lethe and Desert River Realty was the best I've ever had! I'm a professional and have owned a business for over 20 years, so I have dealt with many services, and understand it's hard to find professionals with solid work ethics and integrity. I have been using Desert River Realty for their property management services for a few years now and can't speak enough about their great service. Lethe Lew is extremely responsive, highly organized, and is just a great property manager. She is great at dealing with repairs, move-ins, move-outs, finding good tenants, and customer communication. I highly recommend working with Lethe if you need property management services.

They never call you. You go to an answering service and do not get called back. But they take your application fees and never respond

This has to be the most unprofessional leasing agency I have ever encountered the leasing agent cant even bother to make a phone call or reply to inquiries after taking application and payment you are on your own only to find out your application was denied with no reason

0 stars. Worst excuse for real estate/leasing agent/broker. Unfair housing practices, appears to be a scam to generate money for applications without placing residents in the properties they are applying for.

My realtor put in my application for a house I was interested in. She said she was accepting an application before mine on the property. A week later the property was still listed. After reading reviews glad I’m not renting from them. Beware of property companies. They leave houses listed to drum up lots of applications and then they choose what they think is the best one. They make money off all those heafty application fees!

Desert River Rats! Le the main real estate agent is the woman that we initially contacted regarding a property that my wife and I were very interested in. She set up an appointment with my wife, and never showed up. Despite the no show, luckily we had a friend who was a realtor show us the house the same day. We expressed our interest to Le who directed us to fill out an application for the property and to pay the application fee, which we did. Our application was accepted to our knowledge by Le who stated that we needed to come in and sign the lease. We do not live anywhere close to where her office is located and politely asked for her to meet us to discuss the terms of the lease at a mutual location that would be easier for us, Le refused to meet with us anywhere but her office. We asked if she could send us a copy of the lease agreement so that we could read it first and she refused. At this point we became very skeptical of Le. Shortly after she emailed us stating that the owner did not want to lease to us because of our request to have the house cleaned before moving in. This seemed like a scapegoat to collect our application fee. Although we are out $$ for the application fee we are glad not to be locked into a lease agreement with Le. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
