Desert Shores Estates MHP, Tucson AZ

This place has changed so much and for the better. They are expanding and cleaning the place up even restoring the pond. This place is historical and I'm glad to see that someone is starting to treat it that way. It's very important part of Tucson's history. I would have given it 5 stars but, the speed bumps are way to big and frequent. Mostly they are to big!

Chance, the manager was great! He answered all my questions and helped explain how to get around the park. He was very patient and listened to my concerns. I am really hoping I get a place here. Just waiting for my background to come back. The home I'm looking at is super cute. Im so excited and can hardly wait. Also the pool is amazing.

This place has gone downhill badly year after year. Only to keep raising the lots fee yearly.
This place is also built on top of a old landfill which is leaching poisons and very toxic chemicals down into the water supply to the park.
The park has sent out a warning
NOTICE DO NOT DRINK THE WATER WITH OUT BOILING FIRST
This is unacceptable and every resident who does live there should be compensated for the long term damages to their health that is taken place to them and their families.
The entire park smells of the rotten eggs which very well could be a gas leak.
Good luck trying to get a hold of any sort of management or park representative they never answer the phone. My prediction is most of the residents won’t know of the real dangers of the living conditions they are In until it is too late. Either poisoned from the water or a mushroom cloud. This place should be condemned in my opinion.
How this mobile home park passes a health and safety inspection buy government officials is beyond me. You have been warned get out when and while you can.

I live here at this park and i want to move from here i dont recommend this park to live unless your a pot head or a drug addicted.this park doesnt help you fix your home And sells people junk.stay away from here not a good place live to raise your children the children are bad they destroy everything and the dogs run wild and make messes moving here is my worst.mistake i have ever made.i will move out. The parents and children ride there quads at all hours and the tenants party all night long and there are no dumster for disable people. The manager there half the time and dont care.and another thing theres not1 night you dont here gun shots good luck if you move here.

I live here. When we were getting approved to purchase our rent to own home they first told us they would be able to work with us on the deposit. Then after our background came back (not a credit check) they said because of our criminal history they wouldn't be able to work with us on it. I was pretty upset by this. What does our criminal history have to do with money? Discrimination at its finest. The office lady is rude and I don't really care for her attitude.

Poor mangement here not recommended trailers are not up to code. Have it inspected before buying. The parents dont watch there children. The children are bad and disrespectful there parents are the same the whole park smells like weed. My asthma is bad from my neighbor smoking and get goes through my window and makes our asthma worst kidsthrow there paper and they go on my side of my trailer urinate i find cigarette buds all my yard and the kids go in back of my trailer and throw the ball against my trailer and windows at this point i cant recommend this park.
