I brought a steering column for 76 Buick Electra the steering column doesn’t lock doesn’t go up it doesn’t work they tell me they sell as is parts. And that the owner would be calling me back I’ve called four times no one’s called me back as of yet much attitude when I do cough much disrespectful Talk $315 for steering column that doesn’t workI would say you have a 50-50 chance of having a good experience with this company

Sub par service and doesn't express any customer service what-so-ever. You're average loser business in Arizona. "my time is worth so much" attitude. GET over yourself. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you the reader. A big fan of changing prices last second or if you express interest the vehicle is magically gone. Again, big emphasis on the SUB PAR. Great place to find parts for older vehicles. Friendly employees. Kinda difficult to locate but other than that way better than others that I've been to.

Had to wait 45 minutes to an hour before the guy found himself to take my wife back to the car JUST to grab belongings

Funny when your on hold the message says a helpful representative will be with you shortly, all I got was a guy who said he might have the part, I'd have to come look. Not much help at all.

Super lazy and not helpful at all. I live very far from the junk yard and I asked if they could check to see if they had a part, nothing crazy. The rude man I talked to refused several times and kept saying to come down rather than taking twenty minutes out of his day to help a customer. Pathetic service, unwillingness to help. I have bought a lot of parts here in the past and referred people, I will do neither going forward, after the conversation I had today.

Love going to Desert Valley, even if it's just to go look at all the great cars they have there! No better place to find parts for ANY and ALL muscle car and earlier era cars!

Just plain ridiculous pricing. Lots of awesome cars but they want crazy money for any part. If you go here plan on spending 100 minimum for any part it seems. No wonder their show got canceled, money hungry and cut way to many corners

Horrible customer service, they act like your inconveniencing them. Among the pile of stuff I wanted to buy, they tried to charge 125 for a balanacer covered in rust from an extremely common motor. I ended up buying it on EBay for 30$. Safe to say I will never step foot in that place again. The casa grande location is 100% different, you’ll get the best customer service the crew there actually want your business. If you can’t find it there just go to hvap up the street.
