I called Nick at Desert Water on a Monday morning as my old water heater died. I had a new one installed that afternoon! Since my old heater was only 5 years old (not installed by them), Nick kindly called to see if there was any warrantee left on the old machine. Everyone was very professional and efficient. They went over my options before starting, explained how they were making the installation better and cleaned up afterwards. I was kept informed when to expect them and when they were on their way. It was done on time, as promised! I highly recommend them.
