We've been using DesignPickle for our graphic design needs and have found it to be a practical and effective solution. The designers are responsive and often deliver designs that align well with our briefs in a timely manner. The platform has simplified our operations, allowing us to access various visual designs pdf, social media visuals, catalogs, gif's and many other type of content. Thanks to design pickle we produce more content than earlier.

For businesses seeking a straightforward and efficient design platform, I'd recommend giving Designpickle a try. It's been a positive addition to our operations.

We have been loyal clients of DesignPickle for four years plus, but wow has it gone downhill. The customer service team, the platform and the designers used to be great.now they couldn't care less about you. The amount of designs you now get back per month is minimal and the cost per design is exorbitant especially considering 9 times out of 10 you have to fix it yourself. The relief of cancelling this service and redistributing our design budget is so immense it was actually one of our team member's wins for the week. Save yourself headaches and hassles (especially if you are an agency owner) and find another alternative.

I have worked with Design Pickle for a long time, and I must say they are an excellent service for image editing. Their team of staff is very enthusiastic and patient with my requests, especially Designer Kerry Rubie Duenas. I hope that in the future, DP will also have a video editing service!

Design Pickle handled the illustrations for a recent project and they were easy to work with and very professional. They listened to my vision for the project and were able to deliver exactly what I envisioned. I was a design pickle customer for a long time. At the time I signed up, there were two services that I was paying for. About a year ago Design Pickle said they were going to automatically consolidate these two separate services into one. Instead, of consolidating the accounts, they double billed me for quite a long period of time. When I brought this to their attention, they tried to gaslight me by saying that I really wanted to have two identical simultaneous accounts. Our activity clearly shows that this is not in line with reality. They have failed to follow up with me. I am not a person who writes bad reviews, but I thought people should know about their billing practices. Be very careful. I was pretty surprised that design pickle would choose to lose a customer relationship than to do what they said they promised to do. Thankfully, there are many alternative companies that do exactly what design pickle does. I would stay away from design pickle and go with an alternative source.
- EDIT: as you can see from their response, they are clearly gaslighting me. They again decline to contact me to discuss a resolution. It was their email that said the accounts would be consolidated. Keep your credit cards away from this company.
- EDIT 2: I never had two subscriptions for the same service. They were two separate services that were merged into one single service. Design Pickle said they would be consolidated into a single product called "Scale". Instead, Design Pickle converted the Custom Illustration service into a second "Scale" service. The result is that I was paying double. I never had the volume that would justify needing two designers working per day and Design Pickle knows this. Again, you can see that they won't acknowledge that they made a mistake with the accounting. They will not call me, but they will respond to the negative review. Please google "design pickle alternatives" or just use Upwork. There are much better alternatives out there.

When I spoke to Ryan in sales prior to signing up, I asked SPECIFICALLY, how many accounts does a designated designers manage, so we could have an idea of the amount of time the designers would have to dedicate to our requests. Ryan stated no more than 3 accounts per a designer.

We signed up and had our onboarding call with Alyssa. I asked again how many clients a designated designer manages, which we were told no more that 6. That is a huge difference in the amount of dedicated and I expressed my concern with Alyssa.

After trying a project we decided Design Pickle would not work due to the amount of work that was done within a timeframe, which is why I asked about the number of dedicated accounts per designer.

Design Pickle provides false/incorrect information that affects the outcome of their service prior to a subscription, and then will refuse to refund. Do not use them!
