Quick fix service. I will request mule for the next service appointment. Jos was very good last time as well.

They came back to clean up items that required repair after initial install. Something else came free and they fixed it instead of trying to cover it up. The integrity has kept me sold. They could have cleaned up a bit better. Otherwise solid work.

Tim was on time and on top of the problem. He diagnosed and repaired in a flash. As always D&H did the job with courtesy and professionalism. Thanks so much!

UPDATE: My heater stopped blowing hot air in the middle of the night. I did any problem solving anc checks I know of with no luck. D&H had someone scheduled as quickly as possible. Josh was professional, experienced and personable. Unfortunately its an issue with a major part so it was not fixed within the visit. Josh presented me a full report of the issue, timeline for completion and pricing. The office staff is very thorough and positive as well.

Due to the COVID virus I spent the past couple of months at my parents' home, sporadically returning to mine for clothes. Yesterday I walked into a home with the power out and the temp at 90. It quickly increased to 99. As a young, female my major concerns were cost, honesty and availability. D&H operator was incredibly polite, concerned and helpful. The technician Tim scheduled with me, within 2hrs of the phone call, was very professional and friendly. Although the cost of materials could have been cheaper on my own, I was so comfortable and trusted in the company. I will be using D&H for all future needs.

Joe was very professional. He was on time and gave us a thorough explanation of the job needed to get our heating system back to work.

My daughter and her family recommended D and H to me after learning that the person that has been servicing our heating and cooling had passed away. Kevin with D and H was AWESOME! He was on time, courteous and informative. Since the unit is on the roof, he even took photos and explained what he did and made some suggestions. He even checked for carbon monoxide levels in the home while the furnace was running-first time in all our years of home ownership. Kevin, I look forward to working with you again to service the A/C this Spring!

They sent someone out quickly. He was knowledgeable about all kinds of HVAC systems and provided 3 very reasonable quotes within a short time.

The technician, Kalem, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly inspected all components of our furnace, cleaned and adjusted where necessary. He was very personable, polite, and explained how the system performs and what fixes might be necessary in the future. I was totally pleased with this inspection and regard Kalem as a very capable D&H team member and hope to see him again in the Spring for the A/C inspection.
