Every time I’ve come here all the staff have been very helpful and willing to work with me. I mostly pick up packages. I’ve worked with Julie quite a few times and she has always been very helpful in getting my packages so that I can pick them up. Sometimes my packages are being put on a truck for delivery but I wanted to pick them up a little early so she was very accommodating and helped me do so.

Olivia Menard in Phx assisted me with a difficult task, which no one in my home town could figure out - how to ship an item to China with the various daunting codes and other requirements. She was nothing but patient and helpful. Clearly very smart and knowledgeable of the system and shipping to China, she was even publicly praised by her co-worker. I am very impressed by this young woman and how she represents a client’s first line experience with DHL.

Tracking said I wasnt able to take delivery of my item i ordered. Truck never came to door, which I was waiting ALL DAY on my only day off to sign for my package, and customer service is awful. Spent all day trying to get a hold of someone just to check that the address is correct, and if I can pick it up.
Lots of one star reciews here with similar problems and hopefully I don’t get screwed over by working 12 hour shifts 6 days a week, so I cant sign for my package if they do decide to show up.

My package came faster than I thought but when they notified me it said it was at the facility. That would be my only complain so make sure to call service n track it to see where it is

They just delivered my package to the wrong place and forged a fake signature on here. Seriously? We can forge fake signatures now? You gotta be joking. Weirdest thing, how can you not spell the name correctly when it's on the package? Thankfully my neighborhood isn't full of scumbags.

Julie made our experience so easy and pleasant. My husband was shipping golf clubs overseas and she took care of everything. Great experience!

Very bad service, my Package has not been delivered for 2 months and they do not give me a solution, I suppose I have to give it up as Lost

Terrible. The courier stated that the “premises was closed”. This was a contactless delivery to a residential house, it was not closed, they could have left it in the porch. Reality is, they never showed up. My office faces the front door and I didn’t see anybody. Plus a called in and the rep confirmed it never made it to a truck and never left the facility. It was then rescheduled for two days later, and never made it on a truck. I know this because I drove to the facility at 2350 E Riverview Dr phoenix, AZ 85034 and I was still there. I tried to pick it up myself, but it was two big for my car. It’s still showing as set for delivery today, even though it hasn’t left the facility at 530 pm. To make matters worse, I called at 4 pm and the rep told me it was scheduled for tomorrow (still not reflecting on the tracking website), meaning they have an internal system that shows one date and an eternal system that shows another. The best part was having a customer service person on-site try to argue with me that the courier did show up, and didn’t feel safe leaving, not knowing that I was already told by them that it never left the facility. My shipment arrived earlier than expected. Julie was helpful and friendly at the front counter.

Reviewing a shipping company normally is rated on delivery of a package. My review will be more about not getting a box delivered, repeat calls to customer service, and broken promises. Package came from Hong Kong to Phoenix in 3 days. DHL was unable to deliver the package to my home each work day for over a week. I added notes in their website for the driver, talked to multiple customer service reps who said they had everything needed to deliver the package tomorrow. They didn’t. Spent a couple hours on the phone, and another hour plus driving to their hub and waiting to pick up my box a week later…
