BEWARE! FRAUDULENT LIARS! My friend and I bought a death trap from Charmaine Lopez who flat out lied about everything and didn’t disclose any of the existing life threatening damages or that anything was wrong with the vehicle. They said they were going to put new tires on and instead they were the same cracked and ready to blow out 7 year old tires, brakes are deadly condition that don’t have rotors, bent frame, tire rod axle, ball joints, catalytic converter and the list goes on. They refuse to speak with us and they are still lying about everything and they are aware they have put people’s lives in danger. I’m working on getting my Attorney’s to take them to the federal courts for lemon laws and fraudulent business practices and endangering the public on the highway. They don’t have any morals or ethics and even yelled at me for telling them that they sold us a dangerous vehicle. I’m just getting started… justice will be served.

Just bought a 1500 Dodge pickup and traded in my pickup on the deal. They were very nice and and gave me a great deal and a nice upgrade from a 2004 to 2014. The sales team was awesome and the Manager was great. If you're looking for good deals and great people, this is the place. From Mike & Jan.

We just recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from Diamond Auto. We worked with Charmaine who was great. She was not pushy and let us drive multiple cars until we found the car we liked. The price was more than fair and having a warranty is great with no extra cost.

Do not buy anything from here. They tell you that they put all the money in the vehicle and even give you paperwork. They didn't do 3/4 of the stuff on that list. Refused to fix the problem even while until the warranty. Said they couldn't find the problem. Refused to pay for the transmission fluid and filter change because it wasn't the mechanic. Thing is I told them that the transmission was acting weird. Said it was the vacuum hose that was off. I had to take it in to change a belt but they gave me the belt. It I would have drove the vehicle I wouldn't have one. There was no fluid in the transmission. Was told the tires they agree to replace before we bought it were brand new. Not 14 months later I have a flat do to dry rot. Not in 14 months.

The sales guy was awesome however they asked for higher down payment I was gone for about hour called telling them I had the funds and was headed back only for the suv to be sold for cash by the owner at that! I will never do business there not because of the sales guy but because the owner is shady as ever to do that knowing we was otw back!
