Poor customer service and even worse delivery service! Biweekly deliveries come about once a month if we are lucky. I had to call daily for weeks straight inorder to finally get in contact with the manager. There is only one nice lady in the office named Lisa who actually tries to help. The other one seems like she hates her job/life and just interrupts/ cuts you off she's extremely unprofessional and rude! You might think bulk water might be better. Nope! We've tried both services and both suck. We switched to the bottled service after contaminated water was pumped into out tank. When we called do you think they were concerned or apologized? Nope. Just was quick to brush it off and ask if we needed more bulk water as a solution. It took two years for them to finally pick up the bulk container. I've tried to ask if they could give anyone of the household members a call prior to arriving thinking no water was our fault. Again the rude lady was just quick to cut me off stating no call is nesary and to have the bottles waiting outside for friday. Friday never comes! Each time I call it's oh it's next week or we will have someone out tomorrow.last time we got water delivered was the 29th of september! It's the 26th of October
. Talked to the manager today and was told that we aren't scheduled until next week! Absolute mess of a company. If anyone tries to reach the manager "Candy" call between opening time and 11 am maybe after two weeks you might get to talk to her. The manager said she could have someone deliver some tomorrow to hold us over. We shall see if anyone actually shows up.
10 out of 10 do not recommend! Do not get this water service if you actually need water! Sincerely Wellton

It's water.got what's ya need for your thirst. Fortuna Rd 5 for 50 gallons isn't properly measured. It shorts u lots of water.

Lie after lie. Going on 3 weeks and every day it's a lie, lie, lie, I'm not sure how that business stays open.

I have been trying to get water delivered since October. I just called today 8/25/2023 at 2: 32 pm and the girl said "can you please hold"? I said "yes". About 1 minute later the busy signal came on. She hung up while I was waiting.

Terrible! Apart from great service of Lisa in the front office and Jose in water delivery, the morning front office person has zero customer service talent. Her attitude from my water

There water is great.when they actually deliver. They kept ignoring my calls, I called from a different number and they picked up. Horrible service. Sparkletts delivers water and does bulk water as well.

Please for the love of god go to another company they don’t deliver on time. We’ve been out of water for months and I call and they say we’ll be there tomorrow and then never come. Horrible customer service

Everyday for the past month I’ve been calling to request water, they say they will have someone go and fill it out and they don’t. Yesterday I called and the person that answered said they were in my route and that they would be going forsure and still no one showed up. I called this morning asoon as they opened they promised someone would be coming by. It’s 4pm and still no water very unprofessional. Calling the office and no one answers

Horrible service, we have not received our water in months. Really shows they perfer losing customers. Good luck if they ever come by.

Not sure what their issue is. They seemed real happy to accept me in as a new customer. Now, following up and getting them to actually provide their services is starting to become a real PITA. The lady who answers the phone is rude and acts like she doesn't care. Wish there was a real company that provides the same services who are actually prompt and professional.

WORST customer service ever. They don’t show up when promised, then don’t show up when rescheduled, and they don’t return phone calls in a timely manner. Avoid if at all possible.

We love the water but the business is very inconsistent, they constantly forget our delivery and customer service doesn’t seem to care. This business is very hard to get a hold of and when they do answer they never follow through with the remedy that they agreed upon.

Lousy service. Not very truthful. Out of water for a month and told most every day that someone be there today or within 20 minutes. No one ever called and no one ever showed up. No longer a customer.

Can’t get delivery of water, can’t speak with anyone. Gave up on them last season and told them to remove their tank and they haven’t even done that.
Stay away from this company. Brutal
