We hired Diamond Cut to redo our backyard. From Dan's wonderful design, to Wendy and the office team, to Mike and his work crew, everyone was helpful, hardworking and polite. The end result was beyond our expectations. We could not be happier. We would recommend them for any landscaping job.

I used Diamond Cut to design and build my outdoor Kitchen. The project included demo, new pavers, two kitchen islands, appliances and integrated pergola. Dan created and provided input on the design and Mike oversaw the construction. I got a well built, attractive, outdoor kitchen. I couldn't be happier.

I hired Diamond Cut Landscaping to relandscape my front yard and would recommend hiring them. The people I worked with were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Mario, the salesman I worked with was a joy. He made wonderful suggestions as to how to update my front yard and spent many hours with me selecting just the correct product. The project turned out much better than I ever thought possible. Any issue I had was addressed immediately and corrected. I have received many nice compliments from neighbors and friends.

Our backyard was just dirt when we moved in and after meeting with several companies we decided to work with Diamond Cut. Dan, the owner, is very knowledgeable about plants. He is extremely professional and easy to work with. All of our calls and emails were answered promptly and when we changed our minds about design along the way, he was always responsive. The work started exactly on time and the crew was there every day on time until the job was finished. Our job was extensive and they had it done in 2 weeks. We are very happy with our yard.

We met Dan and Mike at a local home show and liked them immediately. When we were ready to do a backyard design and installation, we called them. Dan came out, talked us through design concepts and gave us great ideas for plantings, and then turned the work over to Mike and his crew. In five days our backyard was transformed into a beautiful oasis, with plants, hardscape, lighting, and irrigation. Any small issues we had were addressed right away. We couldn't be more happy with their service and quality.

I reached out to Diamond Cut Landscaping in early March for a bid on finishing the backyard at my new build home after meeting their representatives at the Maricopa County Home Show. On the day of the quote, their employee showed up nearly 45 minutes late without explanation, spent all of 5 minutes with me, asked for a plot plan, and left. I met with Dan on the 13th, had to reach out with a follow up email regarding my quote on the 22nd, and finally heard back 10 days later on the 23rd only for Dan to tell me he had some other “large projects come through” and that he would be “withdrawing his bid”.

The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for my time is why I’m leaving this one-star review. I understand other larger projects come through, but to give the impression that my job wasn’t as important because of scale is inappropriate. Not to mention the complete waste of my time to show up almost an hour late, ask no questions, offer no samples or conversation, ask for a lot plan, and leave in under 5 minutes.

Save yourself the headache and go with a different company. I’m sure their work is great, but their customer service needs serious improvement.

Dan, Mike and their crew are all great to work with. This is our second project using Diamond Cut Landscaping. They do quality work, and they are quick. You won't have a mess to deal with for more than a few days. They're excellent at managing product and deliveries, and coordinating their crews. We couldn't be happier with both projects!

We reached out to Dan and his company and he was very quick and eager to want to come out and sit down with us, which was great. Other companies have just blown us off! He asked a lot of very good questions and genuinely wanted to get the design right. After our initial meeting he had something put together in a couple of days. He put together a very nice 3D rendition and my wife and I were very pleased. Other than a few changes we stuck to the plan and he totally understood why we made the changes, and this didn't bother him one bit. Most contractors are sticklers about changes and can wear their feelings and frustrations on their sleeve, but Dan told us that changes are a common occurrence and it was fine. This isn't our first large project and it went very smooth considering some supply issues that had nothing to do with the service. All in all they were on time and tidy throughout the process. I would and have recommended this company to people close to me.

From the first meeting with Dan to the finish work with Mike and the crew, everything was a positive experience.
Dan came and looked at the space we have and we talked about what we wanted and he went to work on the design, and he came up with drawings that helped us visualize how it will look.
After making a few changes, we loved the design and they were ready to start.
I expected the project to last for weeks, but Dan and Mike assured us, once they start, they stay with the job until finish.
It was true.
Customer service and satisfaction is their goal.
Everything that was proposed, happened on time.
If any questions came up or concerns, they got back to me immediately.
