First time having bins cleaned out and sanitized. Very professional and courteous. Until next time.

I used their service to get the trash cans cleaned up. This was couple of months back. They did a pretty good job. For that I will rate them 5, but I have been trying to get in touch with them and no luck. Called the number last week it went to voice mail but no response till now. Called them today the phone number and it says this number is no longer in use. Not sure how to reach them again. Mostly I will look for other service provider who is more responsible.

Reached out to this company through text like the website says, no response. Emailed, no response. Facebook message, says someone will contact me that day to schedule, no contact. I called the number Joe answers and says yeah let me put you on hold to schedule and hangs up on me. He texts me asking for my address and then doesn’t respond again. Pretty unprofessional for a business if they want customers.

Joe did an excellent work. My trash cans are sparkling clean now and smell good. Will get them cleaned again in a couple of months.

This company is great. They are fast, professional, and do a great job! My dumpsters look and smell new again.

First appointment was great. But then the second time i had him come out it was a no show even after I tipped him good and gave him really good reviews on other places. Doesn’t have any Communication With customers. DON’T hire Platinum Dumpster Cleaning. I went and did some research and found a better Company who shows up and Communicates With there customers. If you need can clean service don’t hire this guy unless you want to pay his prices. Can clean pro charges $10 LESS then what he’s charging. They charge $19.95 vs $29.95. Give Can Clean Pro a Call they are Cheaper!

I made an appointment for the first week in June. They sent a reminder text the night before. Then they were a complete no show and no contact. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone for assistance. Then randomly they send me a reminder text that they will be coming a month later when I never requested service. No one would even contact me back for over a month. This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. We went with a different company and had amazing service. We do not recommend them! Be careful.

First time trying to use their service and set up an appointment via email. They never showed up, I called and left a voice mail and also sent an email, no reply. Going to sign up with Can Clean Pros instead now.

So disappointed. I made an appointment & got a text the night before, as expected. Clicked on the link to confirm the appointment and put both my bins out the next morning. They never came! I texted them around 5pm to see if they were still planning on coming. Never heard back. Left a voicemail two days later & never heard back. The one good thing is that I didn’t prepay.just had to shred the check I left them.

Had diamond dumpster come out to clean our trash cans and glad we did. Our trash cans had 7 years or stuff stuck to it and it’s like a new trash can now and don’t smell anymore. Prices are great and the two guys that came out helped out to get it prepared. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants their cans to smell good and not attract lots of flies. Joe & his team were awesome! Communicative, friendly, and punctual. We had 2 garbage cans caked in bird poop and they look brand new now. I wish I would’ve known about them sooner. They were probably one of the easiest companies i’ve ever worked with.
