Diamondback Lock and Key of Mesa

My son locked his keys in vehicle. While it was running at 515am. I called diamondback locksmith and spoke to a man at 527am. He said tech would call me back. 30 minutes later I called and spoke to a woman who said she didn't have a report for my issue and the tech would call me back. Almost an hour since the first call I called again and spoke to another man and he said the tech would call me back. Here it is over 2 hours after the first call and still no one has called me back. I would never refer this locksmith to anyone who doesn't need an emergency service or a locksmith for anything. The vehicle ran out of gas ten minutes ago. I called a different locksmith. Worst service to have such a high rating. Probably fake ratings. Terrible service. Ridiculous.

I needed a locksmith near me to replace my car keys fast. I had dropped my car keys in a parking lot and before I could get back to where I dropped them my car keys were run over by another car. I was on a tight schedule and these guys came out very quickly and replace my car key very fast as well. I was very impressed with their work and how quickly the locksmith arrived. I would use them again for sure.

They came out really fast gave me a quote in a timely matter and was able to make a key for me to get into my van to be able to drive it as well

Was locked out of my house eta said about 45 minutes. They made it to me within 5 to 10 minutes of my calling they were fast and efficient

Tom showed up on time and very professional, he took care of our needs quickly and didn’t mind my toddler running around yelling excitedly chasing the dogs.

Got my mail box lock drilled out and replaced, lost the key to it. Really fast, looks like it’s been there the whole time. Would definitely use them again!

Very good company. Service was excellent from the start to finish. My lockout occurred on the weekend. I made several calls to other businesses who had very long estimated times to wait. I couldn't wait any longer so I called Diamondback Lock and Key as my last option. Veronica was prompt and professional. I will be sure to use them as my only option for this service in the future. I highly recommend them!

Daniel came immediately to me in my time of need, he saw I was upset and he immediately calmed my nerves. It took him under a minute to get in, and I would recommend diamondback lock to anyone in need.

Service guy was really nice. Unfortunately they somehow were unable to make a replacement key for my 1996 Subaru without me paying 300+ dollars for them to get access to the code for the cut of the key. I had to tell him I couldn't pay 1/3 the value of the car for a new key and he kept telling me that a dealership would charge $500+ for it. I called the dealership and went with my title and ID and had a key for $25. I still paid the locksmith the $35 service fee even though they didn't do anything but give me an absurd quote. I wish they could have quoted me before they came out, or maybe figure out a way to get these codes without charging an absurd amount of money!
