I had a leaking hose in the backyard, and an RO system under my kitchen sink that I wanted removed. Tony took care of both of these issues for me.

The plumber that came from Diamondback was just plain awesome. He was genuine and told me exactly what was the issue and was shocked when he heard the story about the other company that quoted me.

Overall, they did a good job of getting here quickly and assessing the situation. I like how they provided the documentation via email so I could see for myself what was going on. Basically I need a new ECM motor.

I was quoted at $3000 to replace without warranty. It was then suggested I get a new AC unit since mine wasn’t under warranty. I decided to explore this as an option.

What I did not like was my conversation with other Tyler. He went thru a list of AC units costing from $14k-$27k. After he went thru the list of options I asked if he would send me a break down. He said because it’st decision. It broke my trust and made me feel like I was getting taken advantage of by pushing me into this decision.

I decided to get a second quote from another reputable company and it was a much lower estimate and it was a fraction of the price with no mention of a new AC.

Overall my feedback to potential customers is do your research before making any decisions.

Diamondback Plumbing is open 24 hours, which is amazing when your AC goes out at on a Saturday afternoon. I called, and a woman answered who took my info and said the tech would call me shortly…and they did. They scheduled to come out Sunday morning, Tyree called when he was on his way, when he arrived he was professional and explained what he was going to do. He took pictures, showed us what the issue was and communicated everything. He was very nice and clear. He took care of the problem and an hour later… our air was back on! I would highly recommend Diamondback plumbing and I will be back if anything ever should occur in.

I’ve never had a bad plumber from your company come and services us. They’re always professional and very polite and knowledgeable. I think you guys are kind of costy but that’s the way I feel about all plumbers actually. I don’t think you’re higher than anybody else’s and if I had a plumber come to my house personally diamondback is the company that I would call because you do a good job every time.

Tyree was great. The damn AC was working fine after not working the night before but he helped set me up with a brand new one and took the required measurements. Having a broken AC in the AZ summer sucks but it was nice having the quick response and fast results.

Have used Diamondback for years. Never an issue. Courteous and professional, always. Just had to use them again, as our A/C needed replacing. Got the best quote and work was done the very next day. Total time of install for both the outside compressor and the inside unit was 4.5 hours. Well done, Marco and Frank. Also, kudos to Omar, the tech who came out and diagnosed the problem with our coil. He was also instrumental in bringing down our price. Our job included a 5 ton system from Goodman, a halo light to kill bacteria and viruses, and a new lining for the ductwork. Just excellent all the way around. The only issue I have is they spelled my wife's name wrong. It's Robin, not Robyn. LOL.

Do not waste your time with this company, they’re extremely unprofessional and negligent.

No call no showed our first appointment and was almost an hour late to our second appointment.

We had our ac replaced 4 years ago, by the company they bought out (1-800-cooling). They said they would honor the warranty, but instead accused us of having another company work on our ac (I’m assuming he was trying to void the warranty so they don’t have to cough up the money) when that never happened. He made it clear that he didn’t believe us. Even made a phone call, in our own home, telling someone he believed someone else worked on our unit and that he didn’t want to do the work, asking if someone else could come work on it.

We asked him to check the duct work, which he never did but said it was fine. He said he didn’t want to go in the attic because it was too hot, if he would have been at the appointment in the morning like he was supposed to be instead of being late, he could have.

He said he was going to try a fix, but that we most likely needed a new compressor. Which would cost over $2100, for the labor and refrigerant. No reason it should be that expensive if the parts are covered by our warranty.

When he was on the roof, he dropped a battery off of it and when I walked outside to bring it back to him and check in on how he was doing, I spoke to him and he completely ignored me and pretended he didn’t see or hear me.

Our house is now at 83 degrees, even at night. Whatever he did, he clearly made it worse. I believe he did it on purpose. His exact words were, “If it doesn’t work, don’t stay here. ” Excuse me? This is our home, where else should we go?

He was very clear with his facial expressions and tone of voice that he did not believe us, did not want to work on our ac, and didn’t plan on helping from the moment he stepped in the door.

My grandma, who owns the house, is a 73 year old woman. I think he assumed she was gullible enough to believe his story. She is not. It seems they prey on the elderly to make more money, I saw another post where almost the same exact thing happened to an older gentleman a few weeks ago.

This company is incompetent and does not know how to do business. Don’t waste your time.

My upstairs unit was not working. It was not going below 83 degrees. Diamondback came out same day and diagnosed it. It was low on refrigerant so he quoted me to add some and to do a leak search. He advised that because the age of my unit it would make more sense to replace it than to do any major repairs. He added the refrigerant and got the system working for now. We will be looking at replacing soon. The technician was very friendly and got us out of a tight spot. I would recommend Diamondback to everyone.

Non stop calling my phone trying to sell me AC service. Not only is my HVAC brand new, it was not installed by this company and I have never done business with them in the past. I have asked MULTIPLE times to take me off their list and the girl on the phone just laughs and hangs up. I'll never do business with a company that feels like constantly harassing people all day long.

I have used Diamondback Plumbing and Cooling in the past, so when my a/c went out, I placed a call to them, and within 30 minutes a technician named Tyree was at my house. He is an extremely polite, neatly dressed, and knowledgeable young man. He asked a few questions, then went up on the roof to check. He took several pictures and showed me/explained what was happening. The unit was over 25 years old and was shot! He contacted his supervisor, who called me to go over my options. A new a/c unit was installed the very next day, along with a new air return grill and digital thermostat. They offer financing, which is very helpful in a situation like this. They ALSO had a company come out the next day to clean all the ductwork in the house.
