Great service loaded my vehicle quick and safe driver was friendly and did his job very professionally.

We were stranded with a 3/4 ton crew cab pickup and a vintage travel trailer in Sonoita, AZ. We have premium auto and RV tow service through Good Sam, and we still spent three nights as Good Sam failed to return calls, failed to find a tow for us. Then a wonderful GS clerk got serious and found us a tow. Diaz! Then the good things started happening. Joe kept us informed with regular updates. They arrived with two tow rigs, one for my truck and one for the trailer. We were given a ride with our dog! They took us all the way to Mesa. Professional, careful, friendly and really nice folk.

I got my vehicle stuck in sand off of Duquesne near the border. Not only was it super remote and hard to find, but also dangerous for several reasons, but primarily the heat. It would also get super cold if I had to stay after the sun sets and I also had my dog with me. We had limited water, since I've made that trip several times without issue. José found me and winched me out. He also followed me to make sure I didn't get stuck again.

Once I started driving, I heard a concerning noise. He saw me stop and check and let me know that it was sand in my brakes. He recommended a car wash. That did the trick.

These folks know what they're doing. They are also fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Save their number in your phone.

Transmission went out on our Honda Element in Rio Rico, 8PM, Diaz came quickly and towed the car to the shop in Tucson. Price was reasonable, driver was very professional. All around great service.
