A really good sports place to visit if you are interested in baseball equipment. The selection is decent and can help to provide almost anything you need. Not too busy and it seemed a quiet place during weekdays.

Very neat, less crowded and sporty. However, we couldn’t find certain shoe sizes in the younger category. Limited options in that section.

The guy who attended me at the cash register jayke was most likely not having a good day he he the most attitude attending me and didn’t even ask me if i wanted a bag:/

The manager Eli went above and beyond to solve my issue. Wish every customer service experience was like this. Thank you!

This is a great all-sport store. They have something for pretty much any sport you'll need. It's clean and well maintained, and the staff is great. Brian, at the shoe section, was very helpful and friendly. If you're looking for something sports related, this is the place for you!

I had a really horrible experience here at this location. I honestly feel like customer service is not the way it use to be I’ve been in the industry and the experience here was way below expectations. I stood in line while the employees talked for a good five minutes. I had to walk up to the cashier and interrupted the conversation and the guy did not say a word the whole time, then gave me my total handed me my change didn’t tell me what he was giving me and then short changed me. I had to ask him how much he was giving me so I counted it and told him he gave me and incorrect amount then he doesn’t bag my stuff. I just stood there looking at him and asked if I could get a bag I’m just in shock the lack of effort and common sense people have these day it’s pretty sad. I will not be going back to this location.

John and Lexi assisted us in ordering items that were on sale but sizes not avaialable in the store. Both were helpful in placing the orders for boots and jacket, getting sale price and applying discount coupons. Excellent service and seemed delighted to help us. Both have arrived and we are pleased.

Great customer service, an associate popped out of nowhere to help me find a couple items. Everyone is friendly and helpful

Store employees lacks product knowledge. Eli the store manger is clueless about the products. And will not bother to help customers. Store is trash. Will not come here again. I will let friends and family know to avoid this store like a plague.

Terrible online experience!

Ordered a pair of shoes that was apparently out of stock. Did not know until I received an email days later that they weren't available and said they'd issue a refund. They did not.

I had to call customer service after a week of not having my refund. Needed the shoes for work, and the amount of engagement I needed to order those shoes that I never got was ridiculous.

Will not be ordering from them again. Ever.

Went there to pick up some exercise equipment. I was in and out of the store quickly and they placed the equipment into my car. Thank you to the crew that helped me!
