They have a brutal return policy if you don’t have a receipt. Lost receipt - I wanted to exchange 2 pairs of shorts for a different sizes of the exact same pair, still the same price, and they took $10 off for each pair. Worst return/ exchange i’ve ever come across.

The service in here is fantastic. We had an issue with a ping pong table. One of the managers, Brad, was extremely helpful in getting us a replacement part. We will definitely coming back here again, thanks to the great service.

Limited to no nearby parking. Found their clearance sale to be misleading. Lots of selection though. They had three of their employees out to help us load a ping pong table into our truck, that was nice a bit overboard, but nice. BTW: Employees are forbidden to accepting tips.

Final comment: Reasoning for 3 stars and not 4, I don't really care for this mall or any mall these days.

Personally dealt with Sean and he was very helpful. I love how their prices are better than the others and they have a wide selection. It's crazy the amount of female gear they have as well.

Went to this specific location because online the item I needed was listed as available at the store. Could not find it anywhere. Asked for help from an associate. They never showed. Ask for help again. Someone showed this time but did not know the merchandise. Needed a different item. No price listed. Waited in a really long line only to find out it was really overpriced. Whole trip was a terrible waste of time. This is why I shop online.

Got a tent on clearance and we had a blast. Talking it apart it broke and then swapped it out no problem.

Great selection of pretty much anything, you have to look for someone to help if you need it in any department except footwear. They are alway there when you need them! Shout out to Chris JL in the footwear department! He knew exactly what I needed and helped me get the right size! I will not forget that!

I went to the store to buy 3 adult football helmets to matched the ones from our team. I brought one of our helmets in with me and told the associate that I needed 3 of this exact helmet and face mask. She told me that they did not have them in stock but she assured me that she could order the exact helmets for me. She ordered them. I then received an email from Dick's verifying my order. Well, she had ordered the wrong helmets. I called the customer service number on the email. That associate told me that the helmets have not been shipped but I could not cancel the order. She said that I had to wait for delivery and then take them back to the store for a refund. So I'm out $750+ until they arrive and I drive them back to the store.
