DICK'S Sporting Goods reviews
18 Steven,
Very nice young man went out of his way to help me find for what i was looking for, had lots of patience very polite, need more people like him.
Worst customer service by our cashier Mariyah today! No eye contact with a total lack of personality. This kind of person is toxic to your business. She should be dealt with!
Nice place, the employees are always willing to help. And they had great music on while shopping!
The professionalism and customer service in this store was the worst. We weren't acknowledged by any of the several associates that just passed us. Things weren't any better when checking out. The cashier wasn't happy, didn't greet us, looked miserable and demonstrated zero courtesy. Like most big box store no longer in business, this store is certainly on that path. I won't be going back and will stick with Amazon.
Store was clean and the employees were helpful, but as a handicapped person who has limits to walking and standing, not so great.
This is the second time that you advertised you had something in stock when called and was told you had the Elliptical machine in stock to rive all the way to the store to only be told sorry we must of inventory wrong but we have the $500 more expensive one in stock if you want to buy that one.
Brendan took care of us. I'm a disabled Veteran and he made my Memorial Day unforgettable. The entire staff there (including security) were incredibly friendly, good spirited and just over all NICE. That's hard to find nowadays. Bless you guys!
Bought a bike here and paid for the service plan. Got a flat and brought it back so they could change the tube. It took them 3 or 4 days to change the tube.
Got the bike back and took it out. Got another flat on the same day I got the bike back. Took it back to Dick’s the next day and waited 3-4 more days for them to change the tube again.
Got the bike back again and rode it home. It got another flat on the way home… So I looked up a YouTube video and learned how to change tubes myself. I haven’t had another flat tire since then.
I wouldn’t buy a bicycle here again, and I definitely wouldn’t pay for a service contract.
Only two cashiers for an entire store, didn’t even have anything except lame sports ball items.
Seems like everyone hates their job. I don't want to get into details. But just a simple yes or no question would be nice next time.
Place is a dump with no inventory. The customer service dept.belongs on the side of the road begging for change.
I had been there so many times no problems at all until today, i do accept i arrived at a late time but everyone was so rude, 3 different workers did mention they were going to close soon, after a bit one was very specific, that i had exactly 1 minute to leave, i was waiting for a text to choose between two items that i was going to purchase and another of the workers saw me and told me they were closed and as she saw me with the product in my hand she told me registers were closed, i understand stores have timing to close registers, in that case they should close at least 30 minutes before so they have time! But its awful to have poor customer service: (
I stopped by 3 days ago to buy some rugby equipment I know rugby is not main stream they had one ball and it had a rip in it. PS there is a Semi Pro team being created in Arizona.
Stopped by today looking for racquetball rackets the manager points me to the tennis rackets she should know her merchandise a little better than that.when I find the racketball area they have one for a child they look like they never really stock them, they really shouldn’t be in the sports equipment business anymore they’re really only a clothing store and At that just go to the outlet mall better selection better pricing.
The manager also had an attitude when I mentioned she sent me to the wrong area.
As someone who is not familiar with really any sports I found it easy enough to navigate through the store besides some minor set backs soccer shopping for 2 girls done with success.
Great place to be in when you're outside in the hot sun in Arizona with my daughter and family his grandparents paid for a bicycle for him to ride back and forth to his classroom, I drop him off from Rockford to Arizona University, his grandparents hope him the best in College
The customer service here is lacking. My partner and I visited this location just a few minutes ago looking for some new work out shoes. Right when we got to the store instead of a friendly welcome, the young lady told us that they were closing soon. It was 7: 50PM on a Saturday and this location closes at 9PM. We went on our way and went to the women’s section, there was a shoe that I was interested in and I asked an associate to help look for my size. Honestly the associate looked like he did not want to help me, he just told me they didn’t have my size and left. There was literally no one there that llover like they wanted to help us. I was a bit frustrated about this so we decided to leave. When we were exiting the store there was a group of 3-4 employees right next to the exit chatting. None of them greeted us good bye or anything. It was like we were nonexistent. I understand that it’s a Saturday night and the associate probably don’t want to be there but at least some sort of acknowledgement would have been appreciated.
The kids' sizes are mixed with the adult sizes and it causes a lot of confusion. A little more organization would be helpful! Otherwise, love the equipment.
As usual not very welcoming, short with you if you ask a question not engaging, this is what I've experienced at multiple locations across the nation
