Been to this jeweler four times and only ONE Good experience, The other three times were can't help you, no we don't do that.

Beautiful work and so fast! Had my ring sized down and now it's perfect! Michelle was up front about the cost and service via live chat, and the jeweler had it done the next day. Would recommend for all your jewelry needs.

Fantastic store and service! They polish diamonds and other gemstones for free, replace watch batteries while you wait, and Bella, their dog, is sweet and wonderful (when she is awake). The owners are knowledgeable about all kinds of jewelry and helpful (even making lunch recommendations when asked).

I love going here. I love the mom and pop shops. This place is small yet there is a great selection. If you need something they don't have.yes they will special order it. I came in for a Christmas gift for my wife. I love the personal experience and the customized help. You can go in with an idea and they are so good about asking questions to help you find that perfect something. Yes they have jewelry and some really cool Seiko dancing clocks that play music. If you want the personal touch and not a big box store, this is the place to go.

Great place! I went to resize the band of my watch and they did a great job! Very fast, and the staff was very polite. I definitely will come back.

I was glad they were open on weekends. As the place I usually go to that is a bit closer isn't, and I can't get there during regular business hours.

Took a necklace in to be repaired. It was done in about a week, which I expected. Great job. Can't even tell where it was broken!

Immediately attended me and fixed my broken watch in real-time. I paid in an Andrew Jackson and left with a lofty return of change. I'm so dang happy to have my watch in functioning order, and the fact that an expert gave it her seal of approval makes me feel like a million bucks - "If you look good, you feel good". I say it all the time.

Dickson's did a fantastic job fulfilling my husband's wish to incorporate two ram heads from an old watch that belonged to his father, with a smart watch. Couldn't have been more pleased. Did I mention the price I was charged to do this was phenomenal. Check them out!

Always a pleasure to go here. Usually just get some jewelry cleaned. Will purchase when something is needed. The staff is always courteous.

Michelle at Dickson’s Jewelers was excellent to work with. We had a bracelet were the thread on one side broke. Michelle called and said it would make a better repair if she replaces the thread with wire and we agreed. Michelle said if we didn’t like it she would repair with thread.
We went to pick it up and it looked great and Michelle also replaced the thread on the other side of the bracket with wire at no additional charge.
That is customer service. Dickson’s Jewelers was referred to us and we are so glad they were. I will be dealing with them in the future of other services.

Over the past 8 years or so i have purchased many items from Dickson's. Earings for my wife about 8 years ago that she still wears almost every day. Her engagement ring, wedding ring and she even ended up getting my ring there as well. We needed to have a ring resized and it was no issue at all. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

My boyfriend and I went I Dickson’s to resize and remove the wedding band to our heirloom engagement ring. We wanted to do this locally instead of going to a big chain. Michelle was very professional and excited to help with our requests. They were very helpful with the suggestions and did an amazing job with our rings! Would happily recommend anyone to take any piece they have to them.
