Dr Jaume has always been very forthcoming with information and very compassionate. He has operated on my knee and on my husband's hands -carpel tunnel, on his elbows with ulnar nerve relocation.on his knee when he fell at church and broke his knee.then later to remove the hardware. We have always been treated professionally by Dr Jaume and his staff. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I broke my femur; Jaume put a plate in to fix it and kept me off my leg 2 months. The plate bent and he said he never had a patient that bent a plate but said he didn’t think it would hurt anything. 2 weeks later the plate broke and I had to go to emergency trauma surgeon in Phoenix who inserted rod in femur (the normal fix for broken femur) and I was able to stand and walk with walker the next day. The 2 1/2 months off my leg required additional therapy on leg and knee before I could walk normally again. My trauma doctor told once a plate bends it will almost always break at some time.
