Dignity Health reviews
12Dr. Jason Harter seemed very nice and I had a head CT and he came to let me know that everything looked great. The nurse will take out your IV and you are free to go. So first I tell them I have a low tolerance for anything even Advil, in my IV as the nurse is putting the medicine in she gave me Toradal and Benadryl before I even knew what was happening. After a few minutes I got anxiety and told her when she came to take out my IV. They sent me home groggy without a clue as to what was going on. No Ibuprofen for my intense pain in which I still have. Told them I found a lump behind my right ear. Nothing have good evening. No explanation of what it could be, just follow with your doctor. Left a Great Review earlier because I had no idea until I woke up what had actually transpired. This pain has not gone and yet they did their job. He seemed genuinely concerned until he wasn't

Now I am getting almost $5000 bill do not go to this hospital they are thieves the ones who own this hospital.
I went here because I had a pain.
They did a catscan.
And they gave me motrin and a mild shot for pain.
Came here because my husband can't breathe, get dizzy, and cough. I went to the cafe to grab something to eat, was gone for 5 minutes while we were waiting. He went to the bathroom. The nurse came out and called his name. On the app that they have for the patient to see where they are online says that he was still waiting to be seen. He sat there waiting while other people were being called. I finally got tired of seeing people come in and go. So I asked them what happened to my husband being skipped, it was 3 hours. Got told that she came out and called his name twice, back to back, so he had to get signed back in and what some more because she put him down as not there. But again that app said that he was still waiting. He told me that he isn't going to wait no more to just go somewhere else. When the person at the desk heard him say that, that is when the app said that he had been discharged. That was the only time it had changed for him that whole 3 hours.
I am on vacation from another state. Attempted to receive care here today. The wait in the waiting room was not terrible. However, in the room I felt very brushed off and/or not heard. I have shingles in the nerve in my face, I know because I've had it before. It is painful and will eventually paralyze half my face. In over an hour, although my pain was increasing and I was literally having grunt/screaming outbursts because it was like an ice pick in my ear, brought me to tears, I could hear staff chatting and laughing - never was I offered even an ibuprofen while waiting for actual care from a doctor. Also wasn't even offered a blanket - when you're sick, being cold is miserable. Basically I realized they weren't going to take even the most basic care of me until I don't know when.so I got up and left. At this point I'll wait for the paralysis to set in and go to another ER to get treatment.
My wife had to have a procedure done. And I been staying here for 3 nights. And I got say it's a nice clean building. The cna are very great and always there if you need help. But I want to thank Patty at the Cafe. She amazing. Very nice and hard worker. Thx for going over beyond feeding me for the last 3 days. I appreciate you.
Fast check in & clean, everybody was nice too, I Seen doctor Anne burns, Nurse Jessica V& my discharge Nurse was Anna. I went in kidneys infection & had pain & felt weak & dizziness, not to well, so i wanted to get a Iv to feel better but the Doctor didn't want too, however just gave me tylenol, blood work came out great though, Glory to God.
What a great group of people from help desk to the Doctors, Thank you for the great service!
Thanks to Amy today, my fiancee had a better experience here then before. She was attentive and super quick on her feet. Always asked if anything more was needed before going. Out of the other 4 times coming here though.no compassion and while my babe was throwing up blood got told he was over reacting. 5 stars to the one nurse who cares. -8 for everyone else.
My grandma was here with an infection in her gut. She was only cared for properly when my mother was there to observe. She has bad diarrhea and they were not sympathetic to her needs. Some nurses were nice while others were not. Mixed bag. If anyone reads this please have someone watching over your elderly family members. They tend to care more when doing so. Disregard if you are a nurse who is caring and professional
Sucked big tine. From the minute I walked in the door very uncaptionet staff from triage to tge nurses in the back. Angie was my nurse at around 11: 30 am. Didn’t listen to one thing I said. Very rude. Didn’t get a room had to sit outside in hard chairs by the nurses station with a IV. What a joke… they could have at least put us in comfy chairs.
Every minority that was there while I was there sat outside in hard chairs by the nurses station. White folks got a room. Go figure.
Beware coming here. Dr. Kevin Omara was completely unprofessional and extremely rude during check in. Even while I was crying he had no sympathy for the extreme pain I was in. He was condescending and undeserving of the title of doctor. He said I had the flu when I actually had Gastroparesis and only had 30% function of my gut. Holistic care is the backbone of medical field and his lack of compassion was unacceptable. Even the nurses were unkind. It was so upsetting that I discharged myself and they released me AMA even though I only talked to the dr for 5 min and they gave no care. Now it’s $200 out of pocket for sitting on the bed for 15 minutes. If I could give negative stars I would. If he is on duty I would not come here. Edit: after calling the patient care advocate, they didn’t help and defended the doctors actions.
I'm here with my fiance to be seen and Dr Brown was of great help in the ER. It is actually the third time we have gotten him. The RN Nurse Thao allowed me to use her chair because the other was very uncomfortable with me being a heavier kind of guy. The staff was very helpful, despite some of these negative reviews that has been posted.
