Was very happy with the PT I received here and am much more confident to go home knowing I can handle most of my daily living activities. All of the medical staff here has been great and are some of the nicest people you will ever come across. Overall as hard as rehabilitation is the experience here was awesome.a big thank you to everyone here

Not the level of care we expected. Dad has been to Dignity Rehab in Chandler a few times and had a good experience. Gilbert was a different story. Felt like the nurses and staff didn't care, that they were only doing minimum requirements. Dad was there maybe 2 weeks and back to Er with fluid in lungs.

Nurses and CNA were very professional and kind. Therapy helped me get back on my feet and walked again. They explained things very well always asked if I had any questions. Facility is beautiful and modern easy to walk around. Loved the food especially the Tacos very delicious, kuddos to the kitchen staff. All around my experience was outstanding and i highly recommended.

They helped my Father with Ecoli sickness, I thank the nurses. I wish them all the Best.
Wish they would do a better job at Giving Patients Blankets. ITS A REHAB NOT A PRISON YARD WHERE WE KEEP INMATES AWAKE WITH TEMPS BELOW 70 DEGREES.
I asked Several Times, But there not one male Nurse to Help Lift Patients. NO WONDER PEOPLE ARE GETTING BLOT CLOTS.
Stop Serving That Protein Shake as a substitute for meal, your nurses don't exercise patient so all that sugar pools at their feet.
I guess this Is the Student loan forgiveness part of american history where the male aspect Dies for Good. Now these nurses kids will never leave home, just a slave to their debts.

I want to thank the entire staff at this facility (Doctors, nurses, CNA's, therapist, kitchen staff, etc.) and everyone else involved in caring for me at this facility. The doctor's provided me with information that I needed and understood. The nurses were very helpful and were available when I needed them. The CNAs were also there when needed. Bradley and his staff of therapists did an excellent job of assisting me in my recovery. The food was good.

A special thanks to the department heads (doctors & nurses) for employing team work which was outstanding. That is my daughter's picture above, she thanks you also.

My stay at Dignity Rehab was excellent. Therapy John was incredible, I would not be going home without him. The whole team of nursing always went above and beyond. Michael kitchen manager and his wonderful team provided exceptional food. They always made sure I was well taken care of.

I was in the hospital for a week and I found all the personnel from the nurses to the te ha were fantastic. They were very patient and I called them a million times. They were always compassionate, helpful with a smile and accommodate my request. The therapy team were very knowledgeable and taught me exercises to better my situation. The food was very good and nurturing and I enjoyed it as well. I don’t have words to thank the people of Dignity Rehab for all the good work they put in to getting me well and keeping my spirits up. I will always remember the smiles I received from the staff!

The facility was very nice, clean and organized. I ate in the dining room for breakfast and lunch, the food was excellent and dinner served in your room. Plenty of room in the bedroom and bathroom, very modern, and comfortable. A nice window which helped
The Therapy services was outstanding. PT and OT had me confident and prepared for home. The PT's worked hard to have me prepared for my challenges at home. I am very appreciative to all the Therapist's and all the staff who helped me with my recovery.

The clinical and non-clinical staff is wonderful! I'm a retired RN of 30 years, so the above statement is heartfelt! I had a serious spinal surgery and am so glad I came here before going home. The nurses, CNA's, PT and OT were so supportive and gave me the skills I needed to go home. The cafeteria runs very smoothly by Mike, the manager, and the chefs create delicious meals! If you have surgery, etc, please come here for your interim care.you won't be disappointed!

Great facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and also caring. It takes a very special person to work in a facility like this. I found that the physical therapists were especially wonderful. Brittany, Stephanie and John were especially great. All the employees at this facility were fantastic.

I never knew what a rehab hospital-was until I was introduced to dignity heath easy valley rehab. Wow! It changed my life! Instead of having surgery and going home, i immediately went there, and came out with the ability to stand, walk, and do stairs, all bathroom needs completed. The old was washout home and figure it out. I would never do a surgery again without coming here. All of the staff were amazing!

My journey at Dignity Health began with transportation from gold standard, which was excellent. Upon arriving, I was greeted by smiling faces and everyone knew who I was and why I was coming. The doctor's, nurses, and CNAs are absolutely great. They listen to your needs, answer questions, and are always there to help. Physical and occupational therapy were great. They listened to my needs, gave me exercises, and worked with me to help regain my strength. Equipment is state of the art and therapists know how to use each and every equipment to get you better. They taught me the right way to care for myself after hip surgery. The food is great. They have a great Chef, Michael, and his staff are kind and listen when taking your order. Food always arrives hot. The accomodations are compared to a 5 star hotel.
