Dillard's, Chandler AZ

Margie at the Clinique counter was very informative and took extra care/ time to help me pick out a new foundation and color matched me. She wasn't pushy and listened to my feedback about other foundation formulas I had tried. I'll definitely be going back because the customer service, product knowledge and selection, store cleanliness, and atmosphere made the visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

How nice to have personal service, especially in lingerie to be sure purchasing correct size. Thank you! I will always be back when in the area.

Way to much inventory. Open up the store a little. Feel like this store is a maze or goods I need to squeeze by.

This dillards is nice, they had extra 40% off already reduced prices when I was there. Nice selection of kids and juniors clothes

It was all well until we had to order a couple of dress, she lady told us that it ships for free at $50, spend over $100 on a online order then ended up paying for shipping.

Annoying associates. They kept following my girlfriend around asking if she needed help. She said no 4 times.

Dillards has been a great store, although I prefer Macys first. I actually just passed though on this day, in the mall to make a return to Chicos. This store is always good to make a restroom stop.

The shoes sales personal are not very helpful. They spend more time talking amongst themselves then assisting customers.

They didn't tell me that there was a policy where I couldn't wear my shoes outside and still return them. I wore them twice (a couple hours each time) and my feet and legs were in crippling pain. I had to get a manager to return them. I would've just worn them inside of I had known and it was traumatic to think I was almost out 200+ for shoes I barely wore and could never wear again.

Love hitting Dillards during the 65% off sales! We scored big and had a wonderful person helping us search for the perfect shirts throughout all the sales racks.

Was totally surprised walking in as the trash bin was overflowing. Have never seen that before at Dillard's. Did not stop me from getting the deals.

Robin was so amazing at helping me find clothes that looked well on me. She didn't get frustrated, she just kept bringing clothes to me until i found clothes i was satisfied with.

Went to smell & purchase some men's colognes and Christian was the best! Helped me out so much with his opinions & advice!

Shopping the men' s department great variety. Linda helped me find the perfect shirt. Linda was such a great help and made my shopping experience easygoing.

I ordered a skirt and still hasn't come in yet. I got charged twice on my cards and the charges hasn't clear yet it's been one week! The tracking number I have is invalid. The cashier has no knowledge of ordering my stuff. Iv'e been at the store 3 times and still no one is willing to resolve my issue! It's very frustrating that you spent so much money on this store but no one is willing to help you. Put a good people who knows how to handle this issue! I'm very upset!

Nice store. Some employees are super nice and helpful. A few people act like they don't work there. Standing around talking. Parking was good.

Good sales. Neat. Better selection for a variety of ages, unlike one of their competitors. Men's depart is much better too. Not sure about kids.

It's very nice to have a store where you can still purchase big and tall clothing without having to go online.
