Dillard's, Mesa AZ

I was authorized to exchange a gift without a receipt from UGG online. The younger staff member was nice. The older male in the shoe department refused to honor their authorization & was rude about it. Their store is too crowded with product to move comfortably & the staff is dismissive or watchful of us "poor folk".

Great service, best I have had from Dillards in years.
One star off as several of the area's were dishevelled. Mens shoes was fantastic. The sales rep and the Ecco sales person were excellent.
I hope when I go back that the other areas I frequent are cleaner.

Helpful women in almost every department. Always seeking me out if they can help me. Cheers to the young lady in women's shoes.

First time here and thank you to the lovely woman in the men's shoe department this evening. A couple pairs of Dr. Martins. And so helpful, I will definitely come back.

One of my favorite Dillard's locations to go to when I'm looking for clothes for a upcoming event or getting a nice good smelling perfume for a great price! The salespeople are very friendly and help what I'm trying to look for immediately.

Sales associate was very helpful and I was able to find a dress for an upcoming special event. A lot of great sales were to be found and the added bonus was their fitting rooms were opened In lieu of Covid 19.

My favorite store in the mall. Elegant clothes, high quality shoes. Prices are not cheap but sales are great. It's still possible to get personal assistance in finding what you want. I try the discount stores but the quality and the service just aren't there. Thank you Dillard's for providing a classy shipping experience.

Perfume counter help was amazing went above and beyond to help me. Service was the same top notch level in the handbags. Fantastic employees

Really nice store and the sales team was super friendly and helpful. The store also had a killer sale this past weekend. 65% of items in several departments.

Sale going on for shoes. Too bad I just wanted to buy a pair of $150 clogs that were full price and they didn't have my size.but salesperson was hell bent on trying to find me sale shoes. Oh well DSW had a better selection and it was a better "sale"

This place hasn't changed in years. I'm surprised it's still going. But it's good for the east valley. It's kinda expensive. But not 2 bad.they have nice stuff.and the makeup lady's r always willing 2 help u with what u might b looking 4.big plus.

Store is a good and clean. Staff is nice but very pushy. The second i walked up they came at me like i was gonna steal made me feel uncomfortable alittle. Went to another department and same thing i guess they are paid on commission but still very aggressive. Let me just look around and stroll through the store

The prices are just too much, I can find everything here cheaper somewhere else. If money wasn't an object to me I guess I'd shop here, but unfortunately that's only about 1% of the population, so it's a wonder to me how these big department stores are still in business, Amazon and outlet stores have GOT to be sucking away dollars from the big department stores. Probably just a matter of time, like Frys Electronics.

Problem with shoe size. Nice place but shoe department does not have my shoe size I choose. This is the 3rd time in the last month or two.

Love the prices sales always shop there, but what bugs me and not the first time is that as you go in their trash is flowing noone cares to remove clean and have mentioned it but guess don't care
