On June 12th, 2020 I purchased Mr. Burberry Cologne for my husband’s birthday. The day my husband opened his gift we found on my purchase for what was suppose to be Mr Burberry was a bottle of WATER in a Dior Sport bottle! Today, I walked back into Dillard and showed them the recipe, the box, the bottle of WATER, and the packaging and asked that they give me the bottle of Cologne I paid for. They told me first there will need to be an investigation because it could possibly me an employee issue.which yeah fine you should probably do that. But that’s not my problem! I paid for an item and was sold something completely different. I want what I paid for THEN you do your “investigation”.

Few years ago I became a fan of this store, quality of service is GREAT, the staff is amazing, very friendly, It’s always a good time specially with Guillermo, very helpful guy always with sense of urgency to help others. Good job!

There is good savings. But I missed the 65% plus 50% special. I miss that special I go to miss dept and women's dept. I hope you put that special again. And soon. Thanks

The store had so many new and beautiful clothes. Shoes. Handbags and much more. Many things on sale.

I came in for some dress clothes for an upcoming interview. The lady I worked with in the mens dept was amazing. She really knew what she was talking about and had a great eye in terms of suggestions. The prices were a little more that what I like paying but the items are bought are great quality dress clothes.

Not overly impressed with this store. It used to be high end nice fashion. It was also very clean and organized. It's not kept neat and tidy any longer. The prices are still high but the quality does not match them. I have $300 to spend from gift cars and have yet to find something to buy,

I was in a pinch. Job interview coming up in a week, my good suit came back from the cleaners with a hole, what to do. The gents at the suit section in Dillards were able to help pick out an awesome suite that only needed the pant hemmed. Very quick turn around in time for my interview.

Store always clean, easy access to walk around. Customer service needs to be present when customers needs them.

Store associates are knowledgeable and cordial, attention to details. Really happy the way they helped me, specially Art in the Mens/Suits department!

I wasn't planning to buy anything but dillard's is having a big sale right now, they where things there I like and I bough them

Over priced and out of style. Most people visiting Dillard's are probably waking through to get to the parking lot.

Hate walking thru this store's women's area cause of all the perfumes. Always come out of there with a migraine

Love all of the choices in brands and styles. As of 2/15/19 they are doing the 65% mark down on most winter. Great for those that travel from the colder states. Sweet deals going fast.

This Dilliards store was huge. Not the typical Dillard's I find in other locations. Found a leather vest that was over 50% off the original ticket price.

I mean, it's Dillards. It's nothing special and the people are snotty but it's hella clean at least

I went in to the cosmetics Dept. (Lancome) and no one from that counter ever came out. Another person from another counter finally came to ask if I needed help. I told her exactly the product I needed and she wasn't able to get the product for me because she said she wasn't familiar with it. I left. Went to Macy's and got exactly what I needed. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.

Best shopping experience this Christmas season. The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I don't normally shop dillards, I don't like dept.stores, but this was a fantastic experience.

The girl working the junior's department tonight looked like she rolled out of bed and went to work. She was rude. Worse experience I've had shopping at Dillards.

Really like the store. I generally wait though to shop until things are on sale. Needed a jacket the other day, got a great deal on a Ralph Lauren leather jacket at 40% off. Yay! It fits so good.
