Dillard's, Phoenix AZ

So sad to to it go down in flames. The Dillard's at the ghetto mall is fast approaching death. It's only a matter bof time before it too bites the dust.

Honestly I am a huge fan of Dillard's, but this location is disgusting. Yes, there is a lot of deals in this location, but don't go expecting a luxury experience like their other locations.

The place looks bad, everyone looks sooo miserable working there it's looks like it's about to close any day the entire store just look depressing as heck.

Now I haven't shopped very often here because of the drive but I guess this Dillard is a clearance center now. I used to be able to shop up stairs for women's but now it's all markdowns.

What happened to dillards. It looks and feels like an outlet. The bottom floor has somewhat of a store feeling but go upstairs and omg outlet. I remember Dillards being a classy store. Even with the outlet feel your paying high prices. Nope not for me

It's a nice store with quality clothing for various sorts of people regardless of gender. Be it formal, sports, casual they've got it. The store's clean, organized, and spacious. Plenty of employees available to help out in any way necessary. And if you've got the time, check out their makeup and perfume section. They have lots of great material for any gift giving you may plan on doing. It's one of my favorite 'fancy' stores to shop at. I found my prom dress here and I still love it today!

Still love Dillard's. Great qualit product lines. Lots of choices. Something for every age group. Hope this brick and mortar store stays forever.

They had nothing in stock the pushy staff tried to get me to buy something I didn't want almost forcing you into purchasing it way too overbearing for me I'll shop somewhere else.

My experience was average, in a good way there isnt a wow factor about this place but it is still well put together store and the employees are polite as expected. 5 stars.

Very disappointing I live in Prescott bought my 3 year old GS a fleece jacket for Christmas. It was too small my daughter-in-law had a new job so she ended up not taking it back in time. I obviously didn't read the 60 day return policy. I spend a lot of money at Dillards on my husband myself and my grand children. I didn't want to return it I just wanted to get credit for the same amount but it wasn't allowed. The tags were still on it not worn. But she said not allowed.

Customer service is always good at this store however the selections from the various departments seems to be a little bit more on the limited side in comparison to the Dillard's at Arrowhead especially in the handbags section. I go to the store regardless because it's the closest one to me and I always do manage to find something good despite.

When you go to the Cosmetic Department the clerks are like the car dealerships they're always pushing and pushing what kind do you want brand do you prefer I'm talking on the perfumes

What you would expect from a Dillards. Sophistication, good product choices, a perfume area that smells like perfume, and I saw a sale on shoes. Everyone likes shoe sales.

They were pretty cool staff. They let me use the bathroom it is clean in there someone really takes pride in their job.

I really love it when I walk in to the store and I'm quickly warm welcome with a smile. They had some great deals in the men's section and like how it's organized inside. So many bargains and top quality items, it's a very nice store with good staffs. The only suggestion it to update the store since the layout look like it was frozen in time, 80's. As always I'm the firm believer of quality over quantity.

I think this place has the most spacious area that even when it's crowded you still feel comfortable strolling around and that's one of the reasons why I love shopping at this store when I'm with my family. What I also love about this store is they''re selling everything in a very affordable price compared to other stores nearby that are sometimes $1 to $2 dollars higher.

I find this place quite messy but I don't mind the messy things because all I care about is their huge sales and a wide selection of items. Most of the time they have huge sales although you still find their products or items affordable even without the sales but still, every sale is better. The place is huge and has lots of space for strolling.

So many bargains and top quality items. Sounds like a great place to work, I have heard good things about this Dillards and am hoping to become a part of this great career opportunity! I've never been much of a Dillard's shopper but this Dillard's has made me change my opinion. My favorite is the men's department. Trust me, this men department well organized and had overflowing sales racks that contained a lot of quality pieces and they have employees that are top notch and very knowledgeable.
