Disability Help Group Arizona, Mesa AZ

Never got back to me. Smh. Never even answered my call. I forgot to make a review a while ago but I filled out the paperwork and everything. I didn’t know if they wanted it faxed or if I walk in and give it. They don’t even follow up. Or comment on reviews. Don’t bother.

I started my Disability Application a couple of years ago with Disability Help Group. I have heard about how hard it is to actually obtain disability that I felt I needed assistance from the get go. I just had my second hearing with a judge a couple of days ago. I am so thankful that I choose Disability Help Group to assist me with this process. They have been on top of things and guided me all the way. There are no guarantees in obtaining disability. In the end, it is left up to the judge. Disability help group did a great job of obtaining all my records, educating me about the process, and being present at the hearings. No matter the outcome of my case, Disability Help Group could not have done any more or any better.

I was contact by someone from corporate who said they're from the Mesa office, but I don't know how truthful they were because of our encounter. I asked for help because I thought they were a disability advocate. They're not. It's a lawyers office only. The guy who answered said he would give me the phone number to my local ssa office for them to help. IT WAS THE NUMBER TO A VACATION AGENCY! He gave me the number to a travel plans booking agency so I can go on vacation. I don't know if this place is being paid to help the disabled, but they should have their authorization revoked. After reading other reviews on here, this"business"doesnt deserve any recognition for helping the disabled.

Never heard back after my Dr forwarded them my medical records and its been months! I've called several times and no return call. Now I've got to start over with a new Lawyer's office.
Not quite sure how this office operates like this. Now I'm month's behind with filing and not working. Very very DISAPPOINTING

I would give 0 start if I could. The appeals Council remanded my claim due to error of law and gave me a new hearing. Social security case was file back in 2014. I had a hearing December 2021. I called their office for update. No one knew anything and no update were provided. SSS would not talk to me because I was being represented by these people. I called a few time and got the same response. Finally in January of 2023 I called SS to find out why no determination yet. I was told that a decision was rendered January of 2022 and they mailed the information to my attorney and they claim to have mailed it to me. I called the Disability Help Group again demanding answers on why they never notified me that a determination was rendered. The lady told me that I was not notified because the person handling my case quit. She said "ooh so sorry, is there anything else I can help you with" and then hung up the phone. I missed my appeal window and all they said was sorry.yeah that really happened! Do Not Waste your energy. SS got notification that I was no longer being represented and they hurried up and made an unfavorable decision and knew I was not going to find out. The only was the appeals council reverses a decision due to error of law and grants a new hearing 8 years later is if it will change the outcome of the decision previously rendered with new evidence. The AJ omitted 253 pages of medical records and marked them as duplicates my first case. The council now wanted medical records submitted from 2014 to June of 2021. My case should have won or I should have been notified a decision was rendered so I can utilize my appeal right if I was denied. They took my right to appeal away with there shady business practices. Seriously I cannot make this up! All I can do is laugh. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES. YOU ARE BETTER OFF DOING IT YOURSELF. Lesson learned

Helpful but my rep did not return my phone calls.hopefully all will be better moving forward.

Heather and Tiffany were great. Helped me every step of the way. Alleviated a lot of my anxieties in this daunting process of applying for disability. I would highly recommend them if you need help and proper direction in filing for your disability claim. 5 stars, if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Don't file through here! There like a giant scam. They will lose your paperwork, the front office assistants will say they will leave a message for your case manager but they never received it, the case manager will never responded to voicemails or emails. Also even if your paperwork isn't full submitted they will still charge you a fee! Find a different company you would be much better off. Also a add bonus they have high turn over in case managers.
