Bought my tires online and set an appointment time. Low and behold, my car was in a bay right on time! Not only that, I was back out the door in like, 15 min! I budgeted 45-60 min, and was absolutely blown away with their efficiency and friendliness!

10/10 would buy again!

Really nice guys and fast service. They didn't rotate my tires like I originally ask. They did after I reminded them when my vehicle was done. Had to wait a little longer so I gave them 4 stars.

I've been buying my tires from Discount since the early 1980's. Went in today to rotate and check my tires. After being their 10 mins, they gave me a time frame of about an hour. They completed everything ahead of schedule.

Staff is professional and there to help you out, along with great service and wheels and tires selection

Never been treated rudely at a Discount Tire before tonight. Probably will avoid this one in the future.

This discount tire is amazing! I just went there after getting a nail in my tire and the manager took care of me. I was really impressed by their costumer service and I will def.be going back. I have had so many bad experiences with getting my tire fix but this place has turned that opinion around. Jesse was knowledgeable and helpful about everything. He wasn’t trying to scam me into anything either. He gave me genuine concerns and wasn’t pushing me towards getting all those things done now. I will go back there in the future to get more work done because I trust these people. Thanks Jesse for the great experience!

Air check station is set up in a very convenient pull through fashion. Nice! Makes it quick to get the job done.

I felt ignored a couple of times coming in here. (Just a major delay in appropriate acknowledgement to common business standards). However, service has always been accurate and problem free.

I've been chasing a slight freeway shimmy on one of my wheels for a while now. Even through multiple sets of tires and even a new set of wheels it still didn't seem to balance out when using a standard spin balancer. I stopped in here this weekend to schedule a balancing appointment since it turns out that this shop has road force balancers and I just got my car back. It has never driven this smoothly on the freeway since I bought it. What an unbelievable difference! I can't thank these guys enough for their work. It's like a whole new car! This shop has now guaranteed a repeat customer. Thank you!

Great deal on tire & rim package.
I would give them five stars, but I downgraded them one star because after the installation my Durango displays a constant tire pressure system error because I no longer have Mopar rims. They told me I have to go to the $dealer$ to have the error cleared. I wish they would have disclosed this in advance.

Been coming here for over 10 years across multiple cars. Always a great experience. Good communication and straightforward transactions.

Service, however, is second to none.

I went to purchase a new tire, 3 guys were busy which is ok but I waited for 15 minutes and not once was I acknowledged or told will be right with u. One worker walked into the office the other walked to the back and the other was helping a customer I understand but when you’re ignored makes u feel like your business is not wanted. Never will try this store again disappointed in the customer service.

We only went for the free air check. There was a few minutes wait, but we were in the shade. The store representative was quick on the job, friendly and answered all are questions respectfully.

Let’s just say I had a series of unfortunate events and Jaz came through and saved the day (and saved me some major money) he understood my frustrations and did everything he could to make it right. 1st time in a while I was glad I took my car in.
