Discount Tire, Mesa AZ

This place rocks. I came in as a walk-in first thing in the morning and it took them about an hour to fix my tire that has been giving me trouble. A lot of people get upset with a wait time but they need to understand that when you rush things you can make mistakes and I prefer they take their time and do it right. I will most definitely be coming back to Discount Tire for all my tire needs.

Fast, friendly, efficient! They didn't sell me anything I didn't need and we're very quick to install what I did.

I don't believe pictures need to be taken Discount Tire does a wonderful service the places are very clean and they're always punctual. I recommend them very highly they have put tires on all of my vehicles and they're Nationwide company partnered with other companies and it works well for me. Definitely will come back to the store again can't mess with a great deals and service.

Great staff and fast service, we came in here one time when our battery died and they jumped it for us, came back today with a flat tire and they were very knowledgable and helpful, thanks guys!

I love the service and attentiveness of all the employees. Not only at this location but at the location on country club and baseline as well. Whenever I took my truck in to have my tire pressure checked or if I was in need of a flat repair They always gave me a estimant of not only the time but the cost if there would be one.

These guys got me in right before close and replaced my tire for a smokin deal! Thanks so much guys. You saved my weekend!

Firestone said the tire could not be fixed so I said I had a tire to replace it with. Got the tire and the manager would not install it because it did not have a sticker on it. He told me to go to Discount as they would put any tire on. I did and Discount repaired the bad tire at no charge. Last time I go to Firestone for tire repair.

They always put the customer first! I've avoided paying for their services in the past, but after friends and family switched over, I did too. Just a little more cost than a Walmart, but so worth bit to not deal with Walmart service. I personally had been going to a small family shop in East Mesa, however they stopped supporting their own installs. Will recommend to anyone.

These guys are polite, expand themselves to serve their customers and although they are busy they come close to the time they give you on the phone. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always great service, very helpful and friendly staff! I have taken my vehicle here for years, I have taken my mother's vehicle and I have referred people that have also had good experiences. I have been very happy with the staff at this location and will continue to do business here until the foreseeable future.

Talked to me as if I didnt know anything about cars/tires!? Really kids? ! I'm old enough to be your mother and talked to like I dont know what I am asking/talking about. Customer should get great customer service, and treated like always right no matter the sex of the customer, be it: male or female.

Went to have my tire pressure checked. Service was TERRIBLE! Several workers looked my way as I sat in line waiting but none came over to assist.
After 10 minutes had passed another worker walked in front of my car on his way to pull a different vehicle into one of the bays. I asked him for assistamce and he pointed me in the direction of where to park. I did as he motioned and I sat at the air pressure machine for another few minutes then someone FINALLY came out n asked what I needed. His actions and attitude were that of a hibernating bear - slow and lazy!

I went here today for the first time and I was not disappointed! Thank you so much Winston & Warren, you guys were amazing! I walked in with no appointment for a wheel balancing and you got me in and out in less than 1hour. Thank you both so very much for the phenomenal customer service!

They have a speedy tire pressure station with personal assistance. I didn't have to turn my engine off. They did everything. Thanks Discount Tire!

I went in to get my tire pressure checked as I've had issued with my tire pressure gauge and Mark was very sweet and more than accommodating. Great customer service as always!

Gabriel helped me out with quick and friendly service and even recommended I get my free rotation that I was overdue for. Got my car in and out quick. Love this place.

Refused to sell me certificate for replacement tire because I had dirt on them and they claim it's off road. Wash your truck before coming here. Ryan was the service writer. I would recommend visiting another store or another dealer all together.
