Discount Tire, Bullhead City AZ

We were met in the parking lot by Greg (The same man who took care of my mother yesterday) and quickly had my tires assessed, he then escorted us inside to show us our options. We settled on the Michelin Defender 2's. He then gave us a discount of a $110 on top of the sale they already had. Great Custer service, great staff, would highly recommend and will definitely go again! Remember to ask for Greg!

From start to finish the salesman were very courteous and nice, easy to work with. They do want to sell you the extra warranty, but we said not now, and that was fine. They did finish my friend's car but didn't tell us, I got up to check, the car was parked, ready to go. I think this was just an oversight, they were busy. They did offer the best prices in our area, even beating out Walmart. I would definitely recommend Discount Tire in Bullhead City, AZ.to anyone.

Great place for tires n guarantees for them. The women's bathroom was gross, But water fountain was beyond filthy! I'd be willing to bet it hasn't been scrubbed clean in YEARS. Talk about germs. Dudes clean that water faucet!

As a former mgr for a tire shop I have to say that there is no sense of urgency, shop guys talk to each other than getting work done, two tires takes more than 30 min. I called for a tire and said I'll hr there in a bit when I got there they said they stopped doing walk in after I drove 35 miles and had to wait over an hour for a loose wheel. Have to say not a good experience with this store and I have bought a lot of tires from discount.

Friendly and helpful. Found me a great price. While they worked I shopped. In no time the work was done. And then another associate offered to carry my bags to my car and opened the door. Unbelievable service. I definitely recommend this location.

I don't even know why we make appointments. I made an appointment for a simple tire rotation and it took an hour and a half. When you look through the viewing window into the shop you can see personnel not using their time wisely and there is a lot more efficient ways to run the business. Service is up to par the crew was friendly. But the wait time is just crazy.

I wouldn't let this place check the air in a bicycle tire. They tell customers on the phone if you have an appointment the longest you'll wait is an hour. 2 hours later and my truck is still sitting in the parking lot. If they spent half as much time changing tires as they do blowing smoke up a customer @$$ they would probably get more done. What a waste of space.

They treated me right when I bought 4 new tires. Their people don’t know how to properly rotate tires. So when I went in for second rotation I was told they were worn unevenly so all they could do for me was sell me new tires. 5 to 1 star review.

On the last day of a two-week road trip I got a screw in a tire. Went to discount tire in bullhead City. Was helped out by Ruben. He and the technicians did a great job and got my tire fixed and only about half an hour. I'm very satisfied.

My parents came in here to get a tire on the right rear replaced, discount tire took off the front tire then took off the rear and put the rear on the front that has cords showing! And never told them. The they go back to get the tire because it's covered under warranty at Walmart and discount tire calls them liars and says they wouldn't do that. They then ask the guy that changed the tire and he admits it. Even after all that they are rude and tried to tell us they weren't gonna put it back how it was. Finally after arguing they pit it back on. All while still being rude. Won't ever use this place again. They could of killed somebody and they could care less.

It took a long time then I would normally would at a tire place. But the folks that did work they're very friendly and they got the job done and they are very intense. And there waiting room was clean and cool.

Not as good as they use to be. Been a customer since 2000. Last 3 set of tires I bought did not hold up like they said. Then put the blame on me for no rotation or improper air pressure. Had tires rotated by my car dealership and put air in tires when ever I get oil change or car gauge said pressure is going down

Amazing customer service! Couldn't been happier. Despite me getting there 5 min till closing they helped me with a smile on their face. Said I would come back in the morning, they still helped me. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We have used Discount Tire for many years. They are always our go to Tire store for any Tire related issue. Every store we go into has employees and more importantly, managers, that all have great attitudes and work diligently to get tires changed or any problem resolved. Today, Corey in Bullhead City took care of an issue we had with a rebate card. He is the manager, has an excellant attitude, and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Kudos to Corey and all the Bullhead staff, this store is a strong asset to the Discount Tire family!
