Discount Tire, Phoenix AZ

Very bad. They would not add air to tire, less than 5 years old. Would not change tire to never used donut. Worst discount tire.

Can't speak for other stores - but these guys are on the ball and taking care of people on a Monday morning. No one likes to start their week with a flat, but as someone who goes to the dealer for most things - tires aren't free, but these guys take care of you quickly and super friendly. Their new app gives you updates so you aren't waiting for a call. So good! I'll be back for the other care in the future!

Devon is a great guy and he was very helpful and super friendly he did in awesome work in my Cadillac XTS wheel balance, I recommend this location and ask for Devon if u need any help.

Came in to get three tires put on it. Car was driving fine. I asked for the same type of tire to be put on. After I left. The car is pulling hard to the right. I called and complained saying that my car now needs an alignment. They offered to check it out for free and then charge me almost $100 for an alignment. Seems like when you cause damage you should fix the damage. I would recommend going to a different location and a better area.

The 1st 2 times I was treated with care, however upon leaving there my car was still shaking. The person that helped me was very rude and unsensitive. His name is Chris and he said to me, we have checked your tires twice and there is nothing wrong with them. I will check them again. When he finished he told me that we checked your tires again and there is nothing wrong with them so you need to go somewhere else, don't come back here.
I felt terrible hearing that knowing that something is wrong and
I believe that I need a new tire. So after a couple of weeks I went
to the Camelback location and spoke with Mike, who was very
nice, so I am hoping that they find out why my car is shaking when I go on the freeway, since it wasn't doing that before I came
here. I will never go back to the Cave Creek location again.

AMAZING SERVICE AND HELP, great helpful staff, help me buy tires online from Michigan for my brother who moved to Phoenix Arizona who really needed new tires but couldn't afford them right now but his tires where in poor conditon and with the heat and him driving around me and my dad was very worried, I called up explaining the situation and they were glad to help they even stayed open a little longer to make sure he got done, so to Nathan and I'm sorry but I can't remember the other guy's name but you know who you are thank you, thank you guys so much that meant a lot to me and my dad to help him and get him set

Best tire store ever! Went to Discount tire because one of my tires was registering low. The staff at this store is outstanding! They checked all of my tires and patched the one with the nail for free! The employees here work as a cohesive team, thank you Jose! They even checked my spare tire to make sure it had air in it! As the weather was changing the tire lights come on! I waited in line to get air in my tires, the guy who did it was so nice and informative. Let me know my tires were in good shape but should be checked again in a few months. Thank you!

One star because the general manager was very rude and couldn't help me professionally as a distinguished customer since I bought my tires there all the time but I'm sorry it's not going to be like that anymore. I hope the corporation takes action on the matter.

What can someone say about discount tire? They're friendly they're capable they take care of you, great prices great products great service!

I had a tire going low, I drove in on a Saturday and they repaired my tire for free while I waited. Everyone there was very courteous, they gave me a cold bottle of water on a 118 degree day.

I go here to get the air checked in my tires. They don't charge for this service. But I tip them and get great service.

I probably wouldn’t come to this location again.we waited around for a tired repair for 2 hours just for them to contradict themselves and say that they can’t do it anymore. But they did put the spare on for us, i just wish i knew before hand that it couldn’t get repaired because i would of done it myself and not have to wait around for 2 hours in the middle of my work day. What’s the point have having them check out the tire before hand, Also tire size wasn’t in stock.

This is where rubber meets the road at a great price! I frequent this place a lot with all 5 of my vehicles and the guys love our cars too! They always take great care of me and my wife's tire and wheel needs.

I came in today with my tire pressure sensors alert on the dash all lit up and Josh saved my day with his kind and cheery assistance! He had them all paired up within 10 minutes!
