Don't get your tires filled here. Slowest I've seen at any location. It's Big O from now on.

My Grandmother went in today for all 4 new tires on my grandpas truck and Bryce helped her out. She said he was an amazing young man and helped her out with everything! Along with that we did set up an appointment at 9 and they got it in right away and was finished in 25 minutes! Way to go Techs! Thank you for helping my grandmother!

There are nails stuck in the side of the tire that cannot be repaired or replaced (although I don’t know if it really cannot be repaired). The speed is very fast and friendly. The price is very transparent and does not add a lot of miscellaneous items.

The only tire shop I go to. They treat me like I matter. Most places just get you in then push you out.

I've bought several tire sets from Discount Tire in the past and never really had a problem. Today, I ended up with a hiccup with the online order I placed over the weekend and my appointment.
Not sure if this was due to a system error or human error. Regardless, we all make mistakes and I dont take it personally.

That being said, I do appreciate how far above and beyond the team went to make sure they fixed the mistake.
Specifically, John (sp?), who made sure this was remedied ASAP, and the two techs who replaced my tires efficiently and perfectly (didn't get their names).
I'd like to thank all three of them for their help and tenacity for not only getting the problem solved quickly, but also for doing so with my difficult tires (low profile, run flats and one with liquid flat repair).

Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed!

Extremely busy when I arrived with a nail in my tire. But they squeezed me in and they finished in about an hour. Very kind from the get-go as soon as you walk in the door. Friendly environment

Worst customer service. I have scheduled an appointment for the tyre rotation of my car, after examining the tyres the front desk guy forced me to change one of my tyres saying that it has got some scratch over it. When I went to other Discount tyre store they have done the tyre rotation service.

Always friendly employees, I love the warranty behind their products and work. Stop by if you have any tire needs! Now I’m riding smooth on the road again with these new tires and wheels and

I’m actually sitting here to get my tire pressure checked. I didn’t realize it takes 4 employees to do this. The line is ridiculous. The wait is the same ridiculous, Come on guys, your checking tires. You want to sell tires figure out a better solution, not all tires are bad. And sometimes people have more important things to do then listen to a sales pitch.

This location is hit or miss. They will do anything they can to convince you to buy a whole set of tires even when you don't need them. They put a set of new tires on the rear of my car not too long ago and used rim lip weights instead of stick on weights to balance the tires, I have aftermarket wheels and the weight had to be removed to clear the bottom of my shocks in the rear. They also took off the chrome metal valve stem covers and didn't put them back on, instead just using black plastic ones. Bought a set of 4 brand new tires for our mini-van and had the back tire get really low. They tried to tell my wife that she needed new tires because the tread depth was too low even though they are brand new and only been on for a month. But other times they do good and will get you in and out with no issues. I think it depends on who the manager is on duty that day. We also watched one if their techs damage a car and then try to tell a customer that it was like that when they brought it in. Even though we saw it happen.

**NOTE: THIS LOCATION DAMAGE MY VEHICLE** I took my Range Rover Sport to this location to have all four wheels/tires road force balanced and a new spare mounted to my spare wheel. Upon check in, I was given a wait time of 2 hours. After waiting 3 hours, my vehicle was done. Because the wait was an hour longer than estimated, I was then running late to get back to work so I quickly took my vehicle and left. Upon getting to my office, I then saw that the lower door molding on one of my rear doors was hanging off the vehicle held on by just a couple of the very small clips (the photo was taken AFTER I tried to secure it well enough to get home without losing it). Upon closer inspection, it was apparent that when the technician used a floor jack to lift the vehicle to remove the wheel, he didn't put the jack far enough underneath to actually get on the jack pad and instead lifted the vehicle from underneath the door molding and sheared off the mounting bracket (where the one structural mounting screw goes). As a courtesy, I called this store and explained the situation and gave them my information - after 3 full business days later, I still have not received any response. I can't drive around with a body part hanging off waiting to fly off down the highway, so I was forced to replace it ($138) at my own expense. This Discount Tire location is now totally untrustworthy in my eyes, did not even attempt to make the situation right with me, and I will never be coming back for anything. Thankfully, there are many other Discount Tire locations in the valley which offer trustworthy service and do not damage a customer's vehicle and then ignore them.

Made a reservation and the tires were rotated and balanced and no charge quickly. Always great service and personnel. I have only used discount for the last 50 years!

I made an appointment to have some wheels changed on my 2022 Corvette. They are very wide, run flats, and can be very difficult to mount. I came early to my appointment and my car was immediately taken into the shop. My wheels were changed in about an hour by several very professional techs. The service was excellent, the front desk personnel were great and very personable. I certainly will be back.

Tire pressure check, that’s all. Didn’t happen. Needed a tire brought up to correct pressure during this July2023 extreme heat wave beforeI got on the freeway. I Was told I would have to be “checked in” and wait 45 minutes. Are you kidding me? My wife just had a medical procedure and was sitting in the car. And now tire checks have to “checked in”? Since when do tire checks get “checked in”? I could understand waiting for a bit until one of the young men was able to step away from a job and check. But 45 minutes after checking in? And the sales manager just said yes, we have to check you in and the wait is currently 45 minutes. Unbelievable. After years and years of getting my tires and service at many Discount/America tires I’ve never heard of or had checking in for air pressure. I left after a futile conversation with the sales manager and went around the corner and over one block to the Big-O tire store where my air was checked and the tire looked over while the manager and young service tech took care of mine and two other car’s tires in less than five minutes. And they were very friendly. I will ask at the store I usually get my service through if this is a new policy or just that stores inability to service their walk in customers nicely.
