I called in 20 minutes before closing and showed up 5 minutes later. They were awesome! They took my car in and fixed the nail that was in my tire within no time. Thank you all at Discount Tire. You are my first and only choice for tires!

They are quick and friendly. Pretty much a standard for Discount Tire. They have an amazing business model. They are Covid aware and I feel comfortable going there.

This place is awesome. They did exactly what they said they would and in the time they promised. Jacob was especially helpful and courteous. I highly recommend using Discount Tire on Southern and McClintock.

Had to buy new tires for vehicle. I ordered the tires online and set up an appointment for installation. The online site was very user friendly. The staff were amazing and very friendly. This has been my home store for decades and have never been disappointed. A+

I had a nail in one of my tires and these guys repaired it and I was in and out in less than 30min what a relief I thought it would take at least an hour.

Took forever to swap a damaged tire for a new one. Granted it was mid afternoon with a steady stream of customers, and customer service reps hustle, it just sux waiting so long

You can't beat Discount Tire. Their service is second to none. Become their customer and air checks are free, they fix your flats, rotate your tires. When you buy the tires shop around if you like. Then let them know what you found. They will meet or beat any price. Once you are their customer they will not let you down. They stand behind their work.

I am new to AZ and needed to change my tires. Found this place and worked with a man named Brent. Great guy and outstanding customer service. I had my tires changed in 30 minutes; I was basically in and out. I would definitely recommend this place.

Love this tire shop although this time I had to wait an hour for a tire rotation but as always it was free.

Super busy Saturday, and we didn't have an appointment. Got a super low tire on the way there. Our tires we wanted were in stock (bonus!) but they needed 2 hours to put them on. So we opted to just jack it up in the parking lot and put on the spare so we could be on our way. Even though the timing didn't work for us, their customer service was outstanding. They felt bad they couldn't help us sooner.

The person.did not drive the car to me I had to walk to the car were it was located did not explain about the tire or if i had any question about the tire made it sort and didn't call to let me know the car was done

Went in for a nail in tire. Service was awesome, as always. Will definitely go to Discount for new tires.

Had to go check tire pressure and they took care of it and gave me a card with pressures before filling. Very friendly staff.

I recently bought a new set of tires for my car, for which I got a decent deal. So now about 3 months later I find a screw in a tire. There's some concern that it may not be repairable and will have to be replaced. The guy at "Discount Tire" tells me that they will take care of it even if it has to be replaced! That was a huge relief! And they did what they said!

There was a miscommunication with their warehouse that delayed getting my tire to the store. Brandon wasted no time communicating everything to me and coming up with a solution. They had the correct tires in the next day and pushed me to the front of the technicians line to minimize my delay. Honest, upfront, and will take care of you. Ask for Brandon.

The staff here are very nice and they try to get you in and out quickly. You can make appointments or you can just drive up. They offer free air pressure checks eyes always had great service and they help you get new tires within your budget I've been going to this particular one on Southern McClintock for 20 years and they've always been helpful and honest

Told me I don’t need my wheels balanced when I know I did. Went to a different discount and they balanced my wheels. Save your time go to a different discount.
