Makes no sense to require customers to wait for a appointment. Completely distinguishes the point of a appointment. Appointment at 330. Didn't get serviced till 430, left 5

This place is amazing! I always get great customer service everytime. I've been going there for years and my parents went there before I even had a car. My last experience was great. A couple of lug nuts broke and they payed to get it fixed, not only that but they helped me get a tow truck to take my car to get fixed. Thank you Mike, the store manager, you and your guys are very professional. I definitely recommend this Discount Tire to everyone.

Counter salesman was very nice and professional.
I like the way they have things set up during COVID-19. You pull up, someone comes outside to wait on you to check on your problem. They have you pull to the side and wait until your turn. Then, they have you pull car into the bay (on the lift). That part is a little sketchy for a novice like me (adult male) which I can't see a 75+ older lady doing (not to be sexist, I'm thinking of my mother trying to do that).

I have always purchased my tires at Discount (without exception), but when I came in for service, one of my tires (that would otherwise be covered under warranty) was nowhere in their system. It was nice of them to give me a “discount” on a new tire, ironically. It’s my cue to take my business elsewhere from now on.

Issue was promptly addressed and resolved and my confidence has been restored. Thanks!

Great service which was also fast and professional. My tire press warning went off, I took it in to the guys and I was patched up and on my way 35 minutes later.

Do not go to this place. I was warned but I had very little options they try to get me for $1,500. Damage my vehicle so as to have problems as I drove to another shop. Where I had the work done that needed to be done and it was$380. Do not go to the store.

This particular Discount Tire has hands on management and people who care. Wait times can be long because hours are limited and it's always busy. I've always had good experiences and they have honored their warranty time and time again. This is why all my tires are warrantied here. Stop in and see why I gave it 5*!

Any one else fed up with being told 45 minutes. And a hour and a half later getting your truck back. It is like your time is not important.

Legendary service, the people here are so professional you would think they work for the president.

They helped us with a flat tire. They removed it, put a plug in the tire, then reinstalled it and made sure it had air. They also assured me they checked all the other tires and I was road ready. They didn't even charge me! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the wait was very long. We were basically stuck at their shop for 3 1/2 Hours. They told me it would only be about an hour when we checked in.

Waited 10 min in the lobby but no one ever said hi or asked if I needed help. Went to another Discount.

Really satisfied with the service. Got my BMW tires replaced at a very good and low price compare to all the places. Miguel was very helpful. Thanks guys.

Everyone too busy talking. Should not take 30 min a car to put air in tires. No one is in a hurry to do anything at this place. What happened to good SPEEDY service. SAD!

Not that buying tires are fun, but always feel good leaving that I got what I needed in a fair way.

The staff was very honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were done sooner than the 90 minute estimate they gave when I called. Everyone was friendly and informative without pressuring me to buy. Glad to find a new go-to tire shop I can trust.

Always excellent customer service. Make an appointment and get in and out in 30-40 minutes! Two new pick-up tires and rotated front tires to the back, $568 for Cooper Discover ATP 285/70/17. Erick was the best! Only problem is that our online order gave instructions to put new tires on the front, rotate front tires to the back. They forgot to do that. So we had to wait about 5 minutes for them to rotate. They were super fast! Love Discount Tires!

Great service, great customer service. Jessie is the man, he got my car squared away when walmart could not get their act together and get a simple issue corrected. I had a wicked shake at 65-70 mph and they figured out and squared away.
