This place always takes care of me. Plugging holes or getting discounts on tires, they always hook me up.

The best place for Tires. You just pull up and get air in your tires checked. Friendly personnel. Ive had my tires 2 years with no issues and i got 4 new tires for less than $500 on a special. I wont go anywhere else!

Absolute disgrace and a waste of money and time! I spent $850 on new tires 6 mos ago and when I brought my truck in for a warranty repair they told me on the phone was covered. I waited an hour and a half for them to just tell me that because of a bald spot on my tire, it's not covered because I braked too hard. Don't do business with any discount tire, period.

They said an hour and a half wait, which was dishonest. I asked if I should come back, they said no. Took over an hour and a half, had to keep asking in order for it to be worked on. Customer service was poor. This location has gone downhill

They beat other prices, rebuilt my tire sensors for free, had me in and out fast! Great service!

Friendly, courteous staff. I've had a car and got a screw on my car tire. They charged free for fix my flat tire though I haven't used their service, but my dad has it.

Great service!
Yesterday I got a flat and went to the 3rd Ave and Bell Rd location right before closing. Josh (asst mgr) was awesome. They fixed my flat and told me about the bubble in another tire.
Went to the 83rd Ave and TBird location this morning (closer to home). Andrew was awesome too. Got me in and out in less than an hour with a great deal on a new tire.

Sales man convinced me to always pay for the warranty. I went out of my way when insurance replaced my tires after an accident to go in to discount and purchase a warranty on all 4 sepratly. Told me multiple times that premature wear was covered. Was just informed today that my tire isnt even at half the milage but are at 2/32 and warranty doesn't cover it. Waste of money.

Absolutely incredible! I always use Discount Tire because they have amazing service and great prices. Stopped in today and within 15 minutes my tires were rotated and I was gone.

Staff was friendly but been driving on my new tires for a few weeks now and noticed I'm missing a wheel nut and noticed all the others were loose and damaged disappointed. Now time for a rotation and they tell me I need new lugs definitely not ever coming back after these tires are through.

The guys there are always nice and helpful. I'd recommend especially if you want to be in and out in a hurry.

I've coming to this location for as long as I've been living in Peoria. I'm always there early and I'm always out in less than an hour regardless of whether they're repairing a tire or installing new ones. I've never gone anywhere else unless I'm out of the area and in a pinch. Thanks!

Discount tire has done nothing but right for me. They have help me out in time of need multiple times. I needed a new tire and could not afford one so they did everything in their power so I could drive away In the safest and best time possible

Free air check is great it can get bust and backed up but I love that I dont have to exit my car at all for the air check. I've had great luck with negotiating process on tires here too. Definitely will return when I need new tires.

Very nice employees! Respectful and even though it took almost 2 hours waiting for the tire and rotation they made a point to check on how I was doing.

1hr 45minute wait was actually 3 hours of my life wasted. Learn to estimate so you don’t ruin your customers plans for the rest of the day.
