Loved the fact the take care of there appointment when you are scheduled, staff so far has been super great and nice.

Great service, even though they said it would be about an hour and a half, it was less than an hour.

I had purchased tires online and showed up right on time for my appointment. However, when I arrived they didn't have me checked in due to the fact I made a mistake and purchased them at another store location. Manny the assistant manager was more than happy to fix the mistake I made and was able to replace my tires for me in under 30 minutes. This was exceptional customer service and I will surely be back again.

I bought a new set of Michelins but the young fellow did not pair each tire sensor to the computer for correct air pressure monitoring. Anyway, later upon becoming tired of my truck "bugging" me about low air pressure (front and rear are substantially different in recommended air pressures) so between instrument panel warnings and chirping horn warnings, I had endured enough of the "noise" and made an appointment and went back to have it corrected. One fellow there knew his "stuff" and quickly paired the sensors to the correct locations. I didn't have to wait too far past my 11 am time slot and was able to stay inside my truck while they fixed my problem. It was a good overall experience this time, so they get five stars.

Air check guy Joel took too long goofing around joking when customers need to be served then I just did my own came to me told me to put the hose down cussed me out, lost my SS cap said he would call the cops because he was rude and I said I didn't want him touching my car cause of how he talked to me then marched to the mgr told him everything and looked like he didn't care cause I didn't see him come out the professionalisim is terrible and should rethink customer service.

This is the only place I have bought tires from, since moving to this side of town about five years ago. Rick and the rest of the guys have taken care of getting the right tires for our needs, on all three of our vehicles, and at a fair price.
I went in today for a set of four all terrain tires and was out the door in about 45 minutes. These guys are always friendly and courteous, even when they are swamped. I highly recommend this Discount Tire store.

I was told an hour and a half it's now been over 2 hours and there were people that came in after me n this other ladyand were still freakn sittn here and my dam car is still outside waiting. I have been to 3 discount tires now and very bad experience with every dam one!

No respect for a contractors time. Did not get acknowledged while waiting 10 minutes for air check. Need 2 tires as well but I guess I'll go somewhere that cares.

I had a great experience! I had a flat tire and when they inspected it they found out that it needed to be replaced. They didn't have my tire in stock at this location but they called and found it at another location close by. They put me on the waiting list before I even arrived, which cut down on my waiting time, and the second location, at 67th ave & Peoria, was just as great and professional as the first! I would recommend them highly!

Excellent staff.friendly. They offer bottle of water. They give you good deals for tires. I always take my cars there.

One person in the shop, one truck in the bay and they told me 3hrs before they could remove a nail from my tire. Wow pure laziness!
