Best and most reliable tire retailer in the nation. I used to be a faithful Firestone Store patron until I was stiffed by them. Discount Tire is far more superior in customer service, product, friendly professional staff and ALWAYS there for you.

Excellent service. They covered replacing the tire I damaged on debris I ran over in the road at no cost to me other than to re-warrentee the new tire.

Decent service. But keep eye out. Say service free. Then take off tire and say can put back on have to buy new one. When before told me tires had been barely used. He checked with his tool the tread level. Was beyond good

Ive been to quite a few Discount Tire locations over the last 15 years and i have had good experiences but i have to say that this location is far the best! The are exceptionally fast, kind and professional! Every single employee that i encountered had a natural smile on thier face which complements thier work environment and and management team. Great job everyone!

Great place because I like discount tire, but it is a little crowded in the parking lot and area around the building. Other locations are nicer with a bit more room

The tire pressure check line was around the lot at 15 minutes til close. It was lightly raining but to make sure everyone was taken care of they stayed open past closing time & even set up a 2nd check station!

I brought my fairly new tire in with a nail in it. It was in the corner, an unrepairable spot. Andrew helped me the best he could to get a replacement asap at the best price for me. Will be taking mine and my wife's car here for all tire needs. Thanks!

This place is BUSY but everyone there is absolutely wonderful! In my opinion, it's busy because customers know they'll get unbelievably great customer service! This is the only discount tire I'll go to!

Discount Tire was slammed when I got there and their customer service was still friendly and quick! Terry got my car in and out in an hour as promised and got the nail out of my tire free of charge. Thanks, Discount Tire!

Service was incredibly fast and efficient. You pay a little more at the beginning but the road hazard insurance that comes with the purchase is worth it's weight in gold. I will replace each tire at least once after I purchase a new set. So you have to take the price that you spend, divide it by two and that is the true price you pay. It's worth it, I promise.

What could have been a paperwork nightmare turned out to be easy. I knew my tires are from Discount, so I directed my daughter there when she got a flat. Even though the receipts weren't in the car, and they couldn't find me in the computer (maybe because out of state), they could tell the tire was one of theirs and she got the warranty with no hassle. That's top-notch customer service there.

Discount Tire is the best. Not only did they patch the hole in my tire for free, they rotated my tires for free, too. The entire process took less than an hour, despite it being very busy.

I've always bought my tires here, and I make sure I carry a Warrenty, but lately they've been real sloppy, I went in for a tire that kept getting low, the next day the same thing happens but now I have both back tires getting low every 2/3 days, it's been a while that I went in, I just hate having to go back, so screw them I spend money here, and becareful with your rims they messed mine up.just the head's up

Had a leak in my tire, they squeezed me in even though the place was packed. Took an hour but they prevented me from having to skip work the next day so well worth it. Always buy my tires here, excellent warranty and service.

I have bought most of my tires from discount for 35 years. But the store on 34th and Thomas is always so busy. I think that they need to find a bigger spot. Always seems to be an extended wait time.

Ryan Castro is the manager, and he helped me quickly and honestly the experience was awesome! Had a blow out while out of town, and had to get it replaced by a third party. Went and saw ryan when I got back into town. With the road hazard warrantee I was reimbursed for the tire I bought and the new tire was ordered ans installed. Fast and pain free. Thanks Ryan!

Went today to patch my tire and the customer service was outstanding. They told me it would be an hour to 45 minutes but I was in and out of their quick! I’ve had bad experiences with discount tire before, but by far blown away with how amazing this experience turned out! Thank you guys:)
