I have been a customer of this location for over 10 years! I have always had great customer service. A lot of new faces Recently and yesterday I had the worst customer service ever! They would not repair my tire, said it was “ unrepairable”. Not only did they refuse to repair my tire but they were rude! I brought in a brand new tire for them to place on my rim and balance and they didn’t only take 4 hours, but they never called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready. I had to call them and ask about my vehicle as it was almost closing time. When I got there, they could find my keys! I then took my old tire to a different discount tire and they repaired it without a problem. I feel like these new guys are out trying too hard to make a sale instead of putting customer service first. This location lost my business.

Worst Discount Tire I've ever been to, they do not want your business. There were two salesman inside with no customers in front of me and it was a 45 minute wait to find out if they even had my tires in stock. Don't bother calling either, they will give you a very bad attitude over the phone. Go to the Discount Tire at 99th & Lower Buckeye, they are friendly & happy to have you business.

You can't go wrong with discount tires - super friendly, respectful and I trust them. Joey helped me get the right tired for the kind of driving I do, not just trying to sell me a product. THE place to get tires!

I don’t like buying tires. Don’t know anyone that does. That being said these guys have always been fair with me and we will continue to take our vehicles there.

Customer service was pleasant.look I know I Tesla can be quite expensive and Tessa wanted $345 for a single tire and I walked out of there with one less than $200. Balanced as well as installed with my hubcap put on not lost this time! I will be going back there does it have a good warranty like Costco? No not really, but I plan to put a lot of miles on that tire and my Tesla.the Goal, to show the world that they can be green and good-looking like me.

Warehouse shipped the wrong tires however they got the right ones in same day and nocked off the labor for the I convenience.

They are helpful and have lines that you can get your tires checked for free. Be careful, when you buy new tires they might tell you the wear on them as more than it should be. The guys who do the work have been good so far, several times I've been there.

I've came up before to buy tires and to get an air check for my tires and guy was great at his job, he taught me a few things and it really helped me out tires, caps, and thread, thanks man!

Let me start this review off with total disclosure. About 20 years ago when I was a Private on the Army (with very little money) I had three flat tires simultaneously (someone lost a box of nails on the road) right before Christmas, Discount Tire fixed all three for free and I have been a huge fan ever since.

Now to the present, I love this store. I have been there several times in the last 3 years and their service and prices are always top notch. I have never left questioning or disappointed in the service I received. From the technicians, to the store manager I am always treated like I am their most important priority. I just cant say enough good things about the products, service or staff. Keep up the awesome work, never change.

I wanna start by saying I love discount tire I don't think if I had bought my tires at a different location this would of happen or if I took my car for regular maintenance balance rotation air chrcks. Any other discount would of spotted this and made me aware of the problem. Iv had my tires since March of 2018 I have taken my car in about every 3 months. Today I see my inner wall on both my front tires are gone. I know it's my alignment "I didn't know it was bad" but if they checked my tires the way there suppose too they would of known that it was off and made me aware of the situation I would of fixed it. I took my car in on January 7th 2019 today is January 12th 2019 they should of made me aware of the problem. Now they want me to pay for new tires instead of them helping me fix it while they where still good. I will never return. If you can avoid coming here go to a different location.

I love discount tire and I really like this one in particular. I always get a great deal and they are fast and get the job done right.

The guys here provided such great customer service from the phone call, to walking in to the shop, to the end. I haven’t had such great service in a while and it was such a pleasure! They helped me get in and out and did what they could for me with my schedule for work. They were wonderful! I will definitely be using them from now on for all my tire needs! Thanks guys!

I went to get air in my tire and the young man refused because my tire wasn't safe. I had to get to work so I just left. I listened to what he said and parked my car and got a ride with a friend. That young man probably saved my life! I will definitely go back and get my tires and thank him personally! #ilovediscounttire

Fast friendly, very personal and professional staff no pressure to buy they tell you straight how it is never try to sell you something you don't need! Glad to have one everywhere just about. Plus they have free water bottles, coffee, andcomfortable chairs for while you're waiting.
