I give this place a five star. Drew made me a satisfying customer.went looked at my tire counted the works on my tire put it on a lift

Solid and friendly service over my last few visits here. Every employee I've dealt with so far seems to care about providing good service which is not something you see much these days. I would highly recommend this location.

One of the best tire purchasing experiences I've had. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. Replaced all four tires on a travel trailer which is usually a bit of a painful experience. At this store, it was easy and fast and believe me there were a couple of times they could have rolled their eyes but they didn't. Great staff! They had all four tires replaced and ready to go in 45 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Joe was very kind and helpful. He helped me purchase my tires for my special rims. When they finally came in, he got my car in to have them put on that same day. Great customer service and experience.

It was very busy and took forever. But you can walk across the street and have some filbertos while you wait. The staff is very nice and very professional.

Why do you have to lie about wait time Or do you just forget about me? You say 1-1.5 hr 2hrs still sitting here car hasn’t moved 3 people who were after me are gone. Its just a screw in my tier. Costco is right around the corner for my next tiers

I like this place, they will take care of you if you need new tires. Several options to choose from.

I recommend making an appt if possible. I did, they got me right in! They rotated my tires and I was down the road very quickly.

Discount is too corporate. Their employees are rude. Dont go to this location for a flat repair, they'll turn you away. Try purcells

I had to have all four tires fixed nails removed from them and flat repairs service and they did not only patch the tire but they plugged the tire as well as patching it to preserve the cords inside the tire and I have to say that's pretty Innovative in the first I've ever seen that done and they did a great job and it didn't cost me a thing I really appreciate Discount Tire sincerely Jayson Boll

Came in for a road hazzard replacment after some moron didn't secure his ladder. It bounced off the car in front of me and was spinning in the freeway as I approached. It did damage to my car and sliced out a big section of my tire. Paul was incredible with his genuine service and caring. It was very much appreciated. Thanks guys for the quick fix so I can get back to San Diego.

Line up for tire check.the guy gave smiles and was so niceeven in 103 degree weather. Kudos young man.

I did not do an appointment, however, they take walks in. I spent about 2hrs and half. Great service.

Ricardo was very friendly and very knowledgeable when I asked questions. Very well mannered and very caring. It’s rare to find workers like this nowadays who only care about the $$$ and not the customer.

I hate coming to discount. They always lie about the wait. Waiting should not be an issue if they are honest about it. Not thier time to mess with. I will look for alternatives in the future and really avoid going to discount. Just very nice people.
