My experience with this agency was very disappointing. They seemed more concerned about the contract with the client than with their employees. I get it, it's just business. I'm late posting this but I would not refer a friend or family member that is seeking employment. Nor would I refer a company looking for an agency.
The company I was doing my contract with had a member in my department that caught Covid. Because my name came up in conversation regarding she had close contact with me, they put me on a 2 week unpaid quarantine. I understand with Covid they have to do what is best. I reached out to my recruiter the day after I was put on quarantine. He had no clue this had happened. He told me he would talk to Account Manager to see if they could help me out. I was concerned because this was 2 weeks before Christmas 2020. The only phone call I got back was reminding when my return date is after my quarantine. With that, read your contract closely, mine stated that there would be a 14 day work furlough within the year of the contract. That also is unpaid. I no longer work with this agency.

I am disappointed with the recuiter that was working with me. He left me a message on my phone to call him when I saw it. I tried to contact him after I got it. I left him a message. Well it's been around 2 weeks Since I saw that. I tried everyday since and he has never returned my calls. Not good customer service.
Wish he would get back to me.

Unlike the other reviewers, I was contacted to be an admin and editor, as that is what I do as a current side job. I was ecstatic finally being contacted by someone who wanted my editing ability. That’s where things started getting interesting.

While on the phone with my recruiter, I noticed several red flags.

Even though I messed up my phone number on my resume, they didn’t seem bothered about my mistake.even though I’m an editor

Asked me about the company DISYS, and sent me info for Intuit. (They didn’t say they were a temp agency, not once)

I said I was a waitress (not yet on my resume,) and they didn’t want to know about it.

Told me at least 5 times that it was urgent, and rushed me to email and sign a contract.

And.then I looked up where and what they were. At the time of posting this, they have 2.8 stars. Read reviews, then emailed my recruiter saying the job wasn’t for me.

Everyone, please do research before you agree to anything!

I have had the BEST experience with this company! Daniel was amazing in his work to help me land a great job and opportunity! They worked with me in a manner that was so efficient and quick! I have never worked with such an amazing team who made things so easy, seamless and fun at the same time. GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT ETHICS! I RECOMMEND DISYS 110%. Thank you, Daniel!

There are a MILLION "temp agencies" that will take your resume, interview you and nothing ever happenes after that initial face 2 face.

With DISYS and especially with (recruiter) Daniel Palladino, I experienced transparency and someone actively pursuing opportunities for me to be placed with a great company. Daniel is a great example of someone believing in their candidate, and his actions and efforts will reflect his commitment. Thank you Daniel P!

I gave 1 star because in the interview I was told one thing regarding pay and job type, i was told the very first check would be held until the end of employment. I also was not told it was a contract position until i met with the actual supervisor of the company i would be placed at. When leaving the company, that changed and no explanation was given. Not even an apology for the incorrect information being given. Also, Michael has this thing about him where he feels the need to speak at you or even raise his voice when he feels some type of way. He has left me voicemails and his tone of voice just sounds angry and bothered. I don't like doing business with people like that. Daniel was very accessible in the beginning when the hiring took place, however when learning that the company was not hiring on any temps for perm positions Daniel was very hard to get in touch with to speak on different opportunities. Aerotek already had their employees set up to go to another job site before the contract ended. If the company actually cared about employees they wouldn't have so many people missing days because their out interviewing for other jobs or just plain dont want to go to work anymore.

Where do I begin, this company is unprofessional I decided to leave and because of that they withheld my money from my check and stole 223.00 from me and trying to state it is my fault when I applied my sick leave hours as instructed, but it doesn’t stop there upon your ONBOARDING they will state that they will hold your first check so that you will have a check to fall back on if deciding to leave contract before it ends, or if you finish the contract that way you’ll still have a check to fall back on. When this time came they argued with me basically calling me a liar when every other employee through them stated the exact same thing themselves we worked 3 whole weeks without seeing one check until the 4th week so you will not get paid for a month. Since I departed they have withheld money that is rightfully mine as well as the Manager Mike called a close coworker of mine to tell her things about me! And told her there is a check they hold that she would receive but because I mentioned getting my families lawyer involved that they would with hold my check for two weeks since I was demanding my hard earned money he said this to my former co-worker on the phone not knowing I was present on the phone! And he also tried to use wellsfargo to state they are a billion dollar company why would they want to steal little money from us, He also began to speak about me on a personal matter to my co worker and was whispering it into the phone every word, when HR kristie and recruiter Daniel Told me I received all pay which is incorrect. If you’re desperate for a job I’d advised you to contact AeroTeck much more legit and highly more professional and You will get paid for the work you do!

After being out of the work force for some time I needed the opportunity to get into the door with a successful company. Not only did DISYS satisfy that need they have also exceeded all expectations I previously had. Only two months into my contract I was offered a full time position with the institution! I have DISYS to thank for that and would recommend them to anyone.

This place is awful!

I applied here through a job search site thinking that I would be working at the office but found that they were going to help me find a job elsewhere, which I found confusing but got over it because I was in desperate need of a job.
I had told them that I didnt completely understand what a contracting company did and that I was looking to be somewhere secure and they seemed completely fine with that.
They got me a job at a Wells Fargo and "explained" everything to me and I was stupid enough to trust them and signed the contract without reading it because I thought that they explained everything that was to it. Again, I've never gone through a 3rd party place to get a job so I didnt know much about it and they knew that.
So of course it came a shock to me when I found out on my first day of work that it was just a temp job, which gave me tons of anxiety because I asked for something secure, not temporary. I have been trying to get an apartment and having a temp job just wasnt going to cut it, so I started applying for other jobs.

When I finally landed a different SECURE job i let them know that i was quitting since my new job wanted me to start in less than a week. It was in the wrong for me to just suddenly quit rather than give a weeks notice but they never told me they were going to just get me a temp job so I guess we could call it even.

Unfortunately it doesn't end here. They continued to spam my email telling me that I was burning bridges will wells fargo and dysis and whatnot, basically being very aggressive with me (so much for being nice). I have never experienced such an unprofessional company. So I ended up ignoring them while I finished doing everything would need to be done, aka finalizing my time card with them and working on documents for my new job, I had decided to return my key and badge the next day since I wouldn't have time for the current day.

Next day rolls around and I wake up to my family spamming me and messaging me to call them asap, so when I called I found out that they CALLED MY MOTHER to tell her that i had quit DAYS ago telling her that i refuse to talk to them and refuse to return my key and badge and that they were going to call the authorities on me if I didnt. I reassured my mom and told her that it was all BS and that I would call them.

I've never been so furious in my life. Of course i tried calling them and surprise! No answer!
So I sent them and email telling them to not contact my family and tell them lies and if they do contact them again I would file for harassment.

So far they haven't contacted me again and hopefully it stays that way!

Sorry for the long rant but I needed to get this off my chest and warn people about this place!

Working for this agency was a total joke. They start you at a lower pay than other agencies do for the same position. They also try to slide under the radar in doing so. The manager at the place I was working was furious when he found out they started us at a lower rate of pay, he said they have a minimum hiring for the position rate for the position I was working and that was in the contract they had with Disys and that Disys knew that too. When I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my recruiter I could hear other recruiters on the other side of the wall making fun other people's resumes and other applicants they had interviewed. I was literally appalled and disgusted, I almost walked out but I really needed a job at the time. The company as a whole does follow the old 'left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing' structure. You will receive emails from several people in the company telling you to do things like drug tests, background checks or I9 screenings even though you already did it a week before and were already cleared by the recruiter. Then you have to reply to all the emails stating these things were already done. I received an email after I already started the position saying that I cannot start until my I do my finger print background. This too was done weeks before AND I had already started. I had to email this person back, with no response then call with no response finally I talk to my recruiter that says 'ok just ignore the email you are fine' 5 days later I get an email back from the HR lady that just said 'okay no problem'. A coworker of mine could never get a response from Disys at all even though she emailed and called several times. Yet again the manager of the place we were working for had to step in to make sure Disys called this employee back.
