DJ Nails, Tempe AZ

The first time I went here I loved it.
Jasmine seemed nice. A little pre-occupied by who was pulling into the parking lot and therefore rough on your hands. She even forgot to buff one of my nails and had to go back to it. But she still seemed nice. Vey talkative about her 5 year old child.
This weekend I found out Jasmine is very rude. She yelled at me when I walked in today because I "had an appointment yesterday @ 2" when the appointment was today at 2. (I scheduled the appointment yesterday with her) Now granted I am not perfect, I showed up at 2: 05 today. She promises appointment times, but you still have to wait her average "40 minute" estimate. She yelled at me today in front of about 8 women and told me I would have to come back. I told her " I am not coming back and this is how you just lost my business". Needless to say I am never going back. She thinks she owns the only nail salon in town.

Wasn't a good experience. Clipped too much much back on my big toe during my pedi even though I said it was enough. My friend has her cuticles cut too during her mani. She told the guy and he did nothing. The equipment is not sterile and the pedi tubs are not covered. Very lucky we didn't get infections. Pricing is average but definitely not worth it. Will not be going here again.

Fast Friendly and nails last never had a problem here also they make sure you are happy with the service before you leave. Kudos to XO nails and the staff!
