16Historical place, we had so much fun reading the epitaph and touring and taking pictures of the vintage restaurant and they have the best burger in town
Slow service, waitress not friendly, was overcharged. This place was recommended to us, but was not impressed at all
We've been coming here about 3 or 4 times a year for 5 years. Always a good time!
Dan and Judy, the owners are fantastic people as are all the staff!
The rooms are all theme rooms and each one is nice and comfortable!
Tried to order dinner tonight, the bartender started talking trash about my family. So stinking rude. We left, I'll spend my money somewhere else.
Best steaks in Williams! Don’t come here for fast service. Slow your roll, have a drink and get some good food! Prime rib is also Great!

I came into The Longhorn Saloon. If you're a local, you'll get great service. If not good luck, I stood at the bar for at least fifteen minutes before a bartender even acknowledged me. Even then I was told, "unless you're sitting at the bar, I suggest you line up. " Where? There is nothing suggesting a place to lineup. Whats the difference between standing and sitting? Still took 5 plus minutes to get served. I lived here and bartender for years. I understand that locals pay your bills year round. But that's doesn't mean that others deserve to be ignored. Needless to say, my tip and likelihood to return (when in town, visiting friends) is extremely low.
Their food is delicious. I had the potato skins and hot wings. The atmosphere was super chill and the western theme is cool. Only gave 4 stars because the boards on the walkways are falling apart.
We had dinner tonight and were treated to reasonably priced steaks. The garden outside is very nice and you sit there super idyllic. The fact that you have to go in to order yourself doesn't bother you and rather suits the whole flair. Thanks!
This place SUCKS! Upon coming in there is no air conditioning. We had to ask the bar back multiple times to wipe off our table and when he finally did with an attitude like he was busy just standing around. The steak is so small and disgusting, appetizer was served with our meal. The blonde bartender only cares about her locals at the bar. All around was an awful experience! If I could I would rate negative -5 stars!
We ate at the restaurant. Food was mediocre, and the service was lacking. I ordered the New York strip steak, and it was dry and had a lot of chewy, unedible bits. The servers had attitudes and spent a lot of time talking up front while drinks went unfilled. If you're starving, it will work, but I would recommend Grand Canyon Brewery for top-notch food and service.
I recently visited the restaurant and ordered the New York Strip steak with high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The steak I received was incredibly tough and chewy, which greatly diminished my enjoyment of the meal. It's disheartening when a classic cut of meat like the New York Strip fails to meet even basic tenderness
While I understand that not every dining experience can be perfect, the combination of a tough New York Strip and subpar service left me with a sense of disappointment. The restaurant clearly has room for improvement in both the quality of their food and the training of their staff.
It's worth noting that this review is based on my personal experience and that others may have had different encounters at this restaurant. However, I would caution potential diners to manage their expectations when it comes to the New York Strip and the overall service at this particular establishment.
Came here on a Wednesday evening with a fairly large group (13 people). The restaurant was short staffed as everything was quite slow but we were seated immediately because the restaurant/bar was not too busy.
To refill our water pitcher or refill our beer pitcher, we had to bring the empty pitchers to the bar so they could clean and re-fill. This is because our server was also the bartender…
When the food finally arrived, no one had any utensils. We asked for utensils in which we were directed to go to the front. When we got to the front there were no utensils available in the tray.
The food was not great (too salty) and most people in our group rated their meal a in the range of 2-7 out of 10. The service was 3/10. Overall I rate this experience a 3/5 instead of a lower rating just because some of the food was consumed and I feel the workers tried their best but they were understaffed.
Great place to eat. Rustic atmosphere makes you feel at home. Had beef ribs, could not believe the amount of food on my plate. It was delicious. Met the owners, wonderful down to earth folks. Do not miss this place!
We stopped by this little place on our way back from the Grand Canyon. I'm glad I looked this up so I knew to go into the Long Horn Saloon and order at the bar.
The food was delicious and filling and the Tito's and cranberry with a slice of lime was a great pour. We'd definitely go back.
This place used to be cool. Where is the nice outdoor patio and vibes? Come on owners, please do better! It just hasn’t been good in a long time.
The Tomstone ribs were very good with a good flavor, it is enough food for two people, but they were served to us a little cold and the waitress was very busy that she did not return to the table, we had to go order more drinks
