Love eating at the dog Haus. Great burger and dog choices. The tots with cheese are awesome.

My friends and I ate last Monday at the dog haus. The food came out terrible. We complain to the manager who didn’t care a bit. As of today, we are still sick for 5 days from food poisoning. I would say this dog haus serves nothing but dog food. I would sincerely recommend staying away from this establishment. There has been numerous customers complaints and food violations. As of September 2023 they are now CLOSED!

This place is always amazing. I got holy aioli this time and it was so delicious maybe one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The meat just melted in my mouth it was so good. This is why I love this place. I highly recommend this place if you want to try delicious food, you must check this place out.

The place is 5/5 amazing, the DAWGS! I loved the quality and the super soft buns. Cocktail menu is also good but a tad pricey.

The food itself was very good, and the place was clean, but there were a lot of nearby homeless people that came in, so just be careful.

Great laid-back downtown location with the best hot dog I've ever had. Ordered the Downtown Dog. Once they get their soda machines fixed, I'd give them 5 stars. In spite of that, the food was good and the staff was really nice.

Ordered a large amount of food for a group of 4. I picked up the order and let them know I’m walking a long distance and nicely asked for a large bag or box to make it easier to carry this large order. They told me they don’t have any bags or boxes, which is unbelievable since I’m sure they receive many shipments in BOXES. So instead of trying to help they decided to make it inconvenient to carry this order in 100+ degree weather. Terrible customer service on 6/28/2023.

The food at Dog Haus is very good, but their customer service the last few times that I have been there is very poor and they ran out of tots, brats and onion rings when I was there recently. This place needs to improve their customer service.

I had the worst experience. My server didn’t want to serve me. Gave me the wrong beer. Didn’t listen properly to my order. They made my burger three different times. The second time they brought me a beef burger when I’m a vegetarian! Remind your staff they are in the business of serving. If any manager who reads this get with your team and get them right because the vibes were not valid. The crazy part I still paid the tab and tipped. They didn’t offer to take my burger off or anything………

It was good. The burgers were decent, good flavors and the right sized. After ordering at the counter, we were served in a reasonable amount of time, decent service. Tots and fries a little more crispy but still edible. The drink machine was out of order so drinks had to come from the bar. Tables were a little messy and needed a clean up before sitting down. This was during a evening on a weeknight, about 70% full. Lots of TVs showing different videos and the bulk were tuned to sports, but something for people to look at instead of their phones. Will give it another shot next time we are downtown.

Came in during a visit to Phoenix and was extremely disappointed with the lack of service. We waited 45 minutes for a hot dog, core dog and tots. Never got my sweet potato fries. Left after waiting close to an hour.

Took a bit longer than usual. Food is still amazing but they didn't add an item I asked for. I had to wait back in a long line to reorder and by the time we received it was time to go back to work.

Great place to eat before a game or during a convention in Downtown Phoenix. Unpretentious and tasty food, and wide selection of beers to choose from.
